The lack of transportation for secondary school students in Bath is becoming an increasing problem for the general public, commuters, primary school children & their parents, as well as the students themselves. 

As we head into the Winter months, demand will almost definitely increase, leaving the aforementioned users to wait for even lengthier periods of time  and make undesirable journeys which will impact wellbeing, learning and employment.   

Proposal:

1.1 A campaign for at least one additional AM & PM 'school bus only' service, to serve students attending Beechen Cliff and Hayesfield Schools living in Bath, North - Lansdown, Fairfield Park, Larkhall/London Road, Walcot/Camden. 

One bus route would cover the above areas and arrive at Bear Flat before school hours and follow with a return journey after school hours. 

1.2 A campaign for at least one additional AM & PM 'school bus only' service, to serve students attending Ralph Allen School living in Bath, North - Lansdown, Fairfield Park, Larkhall/London Road, Walcot/Camden. 

One bus route would cover these areas and arrive at Ralph Allen School before school hours and follow with a return journey after school hours.
