Abolish the NSW Trustee Surely Bond
Private Managers, who administer to disabled peoples' estates may do all the hard work in administering an estate, but the NSW Trustee still dictates to private managers what they can and cannot do. Now the NSW Trustee wants a Surety Bond, paid from disabled peoples' estate, paid to a unknown company as an insurance if disabled peoples' estates are mismanaged, or frittered away by the Private Manager. The NSW Trustee who have been misappropriating their clients estates for decades, and getting away with it, are not required to pay a Surety Bond. This cost is a further strain on peoples' estates who are managed by private managers. Sign this petition and abolish this one rule for them and another rule for us.
