Implement the "Veterans Lives Matter Too" Act for Regenerative Medicine.
The Dept. of Veterans Affairs annual budget is $73.5 Billion Dollars. The VA Medical Centers serve 8.76 Million Veterans. The vast majority of the budget is spent on pharmaceutical drugs that only address the symptoms. Pharmaceutical drugs have adverse side effects that further puts the Veterans health at risk! The curative properties of Regenerative Medicine eliminates the use of pharmaceutical drugs. Therefore, eliminating a majority of the expenses (harmful pharmaceutical drugs) from the VA budget. By freeing up this large portion of the budget, we would be able to reinvest in curative Regenerative Medical Treatments. Which creates healthy Veterans, no longer dependent on the VA for a continuous flow of pharmaceutic drugs that cause adverse side effects on their bodies, creating more disease and pain with a short life expectancy. Rather than enduring a life-long pharmaceutical dependency, along with all the side effects and unnecessary invasive surgeries. Our Veteran’s and Military Service Members choose to pursue the lifesaving cures of Regenerative Medical Treatments. Regenerative Medicine, is the "process of replacing, engineering or regenerating human cells, tissues or organs to restore or establish normal function". Offering solutions and hope for people who have conditions that are beyond surgical repair. This eliminates the need for the pharmaceutical drugs year after year which puts our Veterans health a great risk. Stem cell therapy is being used vigorously to regenerate or re-grow tissue in one’s own body that could not regenerate itself without having autologous (one’s own cells) stem cells harvested and injected into the damaged tissue. Now we have the will and the ability to regenerate the tissue back to its original state before the damage occurred, and avoid invasive surgery with immediate pain relief for the Veteran’s. A2M stops the breakdown of cartilage, prevents cartilage loss, and protects cartilage from inflammation. As well as, promotes tissue growth and improves joint function. Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) appears to be a fast-acting and effective treatment for chronic, extreme post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), according to a single-center study. The SGB was "greatly effective in helping" nine of the 12 subjects (75%), Dr Alkire reported. Hundreds of thousands of our Veterans and Military Service Members suffer from PTSD or TBI every day. Fact: 22 Veterans commit suicide daily because they suffer from PTSD or TBI. Ozone Therapy is the use of medical grade ozone, a highly reactive form of pure oxygen, to create a curative response in the body. The body has the potential to renew and regenerate itself. When it becomes sick it is because this potential has been blocked. The reactive properties of ozone stimulate the body to remove many of these impediments thus allowing the body to do what it does best – heal itself. E.g. Michael Pakech is a Veteran and a VA Medical Center patient. In 2005, Michael shattered his hip joint. Michael suffered and fought the Gulf Coast VA Medical Center for over 5 years to get a hip replacement. Then the Gulf Coast VA Medical Center ignored the bone spurs on his left rotator cuff, which were obvious on the X-Rays and MRI. One bone spur measured 3/4 inch long. Due to this neglect, the bone spurs severed all the muscle, tendons and nerves in his left shoulder. Leaving Michael with a non-functional arm unable to even turn his hand, let alone lift his arm. With the loss of the use of one arm, and still healing from his hip replacement, Michael was unable to do his job and quickly became homeless. December 2014, the Durham VA Neurologist told Michael: "There's nothing we can do, to give you your arm back! The nerves are damaged, broken and detached! Irreparable!" Michael seriously considered suicide that day. May 2, 2015, Michael was hospitalized for 5 days. His right hand suddenly began swelling and an excruciating pain throbbed throughout his hand. The swelling got so bad that his whole arm swelled up past his bicep. The VA doctors were able to get the swelling under control and Michael left the VA hospital. With his right hand extremely swollen and a pain level off the charts. Plus, a non-functional left arm, has caused a major quality of life issue. Unable to use either hand, Michael needed someone with him at all times, to help him with the necessities of life. Michael said, "It feels like I have flappers for hands. I can't even wipe my own butt. My girlfriend does everything for me. My quality of life feels nonexistent! I don't know what I would have done without my girlfriend!" Here is a video of the swelling in Michael's hand before A2M treatment. Due to Michael's debilitating condition and sense of urgency, Rosanne and Cathy (NYC), Patient Service Specialist’s provided an A2M APIC System direct to Dr. Kochert, a Specialist in Regenerative Medicine. June 29, 2015, after a 685 mile trip one way, Michael received A2M treatment on his left shoulder. Since Michael came to Dr. Kochert's office in such tremendous pain, Dr. Kochert included his right hand in the treatment. Dr. Kochert stated “to watch the swelling go down right before my eyes was one of the biggest highlights of my entire professional career”. During July and August, Michael was amazed that he could now swim! He is actually able to use his right hand and left arm to swim like a normal person. Some muscle soreness and muscle fatigue was present, but he had less pain in his left shoulder and arm. Michael's shoulder muscles, bicep and triceps are growing back. His right hand has never swelled back up again. However, he still has that excruciating pain in his hand because of the extensive damage that the crystals have done. If treated early on with Regenerative Medicine this would have all been prevented! The VA Infectious Disease doctor and the VA Rheumatologist have both spoke to Dr. Kochert on the phone. Now, they are both interested but have not given Michael authorization to go outside the VA system. They want to see what happens, at Michael's own out-of-pocket expense. Even though they can see the positive results that Michael is experiencing from the A2M treatment, Michael hasn't had the Stem Cell treatment yet, so there's more to follow... October 19, 2015, Michael received his Stem Cell treatment on his left shoulder and right hand. 16 days after Stem Cell treatment: Michael noticed that the pain in his right hand is beginning to slowly subside. His left shoulder and arm are growing muscle. Michael stated: “This is amazing!” 7 weeks after Stem Cell treatment: the pain in Michael's right hand continues to slowly decrease. He is now able to bend his fingers and close his hand. His left shoulder continues to get stronger. Less than 2 months after Stem Cell treatment, Michael is already experiencing positive results with Regenerative Medicine. YouTube Video 4 months after Stem Cell Therapy Michael's physical therapy February 27, 2016. 6 months after Stem Cell treatment: Michael's right hand is steadily getting better. A little bit less pain and more dexterity everyday. His shoulder continues to get stronger. Now able to lift his arm up to his waist and turn his hand more towards palm up. Over 11 years ago, the VA diagnosed Michael with degenerative disc disease due to herniated and bulging discs in his neck and lower back. This disease has progressed to the point of debilitating. The VAMC as of yet, have not addressed Michael's debilitating neck and back pain. Offering No Solutions, Simply Health Monitors! We scheduled Michael an appointment with Dr. Ledda, another Regenerative Medical Specialist. Michael was hunched over slowly hobbling into Dr. Ledda's office. Dr. Ledda performed Prolozone Therapy on Michael's neck and lower back. The pain was eliminated almost immediately. Michael left Dr. Ledda's office walking tall, pain free with a smile on his face. Please see Michael's heartfelt reaction to Prolozone Therapy. YouTube Video of Michael's reaction to Prolozone. This Petition was inspired by this Veteran's struggle to get the life-saving treatments that every injured Veteran needs! THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW "Veterans Lives Matter Too" To: All Veterans and Military Service Members…with utmost respect and admiration we THANK YOU for your service! The Petition Our Veterans and Military Service Members deserve the right to a higher quality of life, which Regenerative Medicine can offer to each and every injured Veteran in America today! New technological advancements in Regenerative Medicine are minimally invasive, cutting edge medical treatments. SGB, Stem Cell Therapy, A2M, Oxygen, Ozone and Prolozone treatments are treating numerous medical conditions. Such as: Non-Functional Limbs, Cancer, Auto-Immune, Infectious, Inflammatory, Cardiovascular diseases, PTSD, TBI, Pseudogout, Degenerative Disc Disease, Arthritis, Diabetes, COPD, and more, are having successful outcomes every day. This petition calls on Congress, the VA and the President of the United States of America, to Grant Veterans and Military Service Members access to Regenerative Medicine outside the VA infrastructure. This is A Call-to-Action due to the fact that the VA Medical Centers are not trained in the process of delivering these life-saving Regenerative Medical Treatments. Nor do they have the equipment to do so. Our Veterans and Military Service Members need these treatments today, not 20 years from now! With this petition "We the People of the United States of America, Require Congress, the VA Secretary and the President of the United States of America, to Implement and Sign into Law the "Veterans Lives Matter Too" Act.
