Investigate New York Election Fraud
New York voters experienced changes to their voter registrations that will bar them from voting in the state's primary on Tuesday. New York is one of 11 states that has a closed primary system and, due to an obscure election law, voters must have been registered by November of the previous year for the party whose primary they plan to vote in — this is the earliest change-of-party deadline in the country. Numerous voters claim they looked up their voter registrations after the deadline passed to find that their party affiliation had changed from Democratic or Republican to “Not affiliated” or “Independent,” a switch that will bar them from voting in either primary. New York voters have also experienced the following: Broken Machines 6 hours shaved off from the time polling locations were open The integrity of the election process is vital to democracy. We petition the New York Governor, New York State Senate and the United States Department of Justice to Investigate into election fraud.
Move the NBA 2017 All-Star Game out of North Carolina
North Carolina recently passed a law eliminating antidiscrimination protections for lesbian, gay and transgender people. The new state law requires transgender people to use public bathrooms matching the sex on their birth certificate. It also prevents cities in North Carolina from adopting antidiscrimination policies that differ from state law and removes citizens’ right to sue in state court over wrongful termination on the basis of discrimination due to age, gender or religion. I’m not going to stand by when my friends and family might face serious harm and hurt. North Carolina needs to be told that it must respect all persons regardless of sex, age, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation. As a basketball fan, I think we can send a message by calling on the Adam Silver and the NBA to take a stand. National Basketball Association Commissioner Adam Silver said a North Carolina law eliminating antidiscrimination protections for lesbian, gay and transgender people “is problematic for the league.” Let’s send a message to Gov. Pat McCrory by urging the NBA and Adam Silver -- to move the 2017 All-Star Game to another state.

Take D'Angelo Russell's phone away
D'Angelo Russell has lost the trust of his teammates after a video surfaced within the past week showing Russell recording a private conversation between him and fellow Laker Nick Young. In the video, it doesn't appear as if Young knows he is being recorded. We ask that the Los Angeles Lakers take D'Angelo Russell's phone away for the remainder of the 15-16 NBA season. This will prohibit the following: Selfies Private Recorded Conversations Irresponsibility Etc. Please also consider the 16-17 NBA season as well.
Drop out of the 2016 Presidential race
Ted do the right thing and drop out of the 2016 presidential election. In light of the #CruzSexScandal, you've embarrassed your family, Texas, and your voters.
Revote of the Arizona primary due to voter suppression
We the people ask for a revote of the Arizona primary due to voter suppression. Many registered voters who registered Democrat/Republican before the cut off or who have been registered Democrat/Republican for many years are being turned down due to the mislabeling of their registered party for the primary. In 2012, the Arizona Maricopa County had 200 polling locations to meet the voting needs of its constituents. On Western Tuesday, that number had shrunk by 70 percent to a mere 60 polling places for the entire county. We ask that this immediately be corrected and fixed and allow the residents of Arizona to participate in a revote for the Arizona Primary.
Drop all charges against Spring Valley High Students
On Monday, October 26th Senior Deputy Ben Fields tossed a female student onto the classroom's floor. Ben Fields has since been fired due to his actions. The incident, was captured on a student's cell phone. The video shows Fields asking a girl to rise from a classroom desk. The girl stays seated, so the officer wraps a forearm around the child's neck. The officer then tips the attached chair and desk backward until she spills to the floor. The officer then tosses the girl several feet across the floor to the front of the classroom. Another student faces charges after allegedly standing up for her. This incident must be something that students, teachers, and police can learn from. That will not happen if two students are facing criminal charges. We the undersigned, petition the Attorney General of South Carolina to drop all charges against the students.

In 2013, a student expelled from Spring Valley High School accused Senior Deputy Ben Fields, of targeting black students after saying the expelled student was a gang member. This case is set to go to trial in January. In 2010, federal court records show a jury sided with Fields after a black couple accused Fields of excessive force and battery during a 2005 noise complaint arrest in Columbia. In a third lawsuit, a woman who reported suspicion of child abuse accused fields and another deputy of battery and violating her rights during a 2006 arrest. That case was dismissed in 2009. AS A PARENT IM OUTRAGED! HOW IS THIS DEPUTY EMPLOYED BY A SCHOOL DISTRICT! We the undersign, petition Superintendent Dr. Debbie Hamm, Spring Valley High School and Principle Mr. Jeff Temoney to terminate Senior Deputy Ben Fields immediately.
