Ask the UN to monitor and report on US Elections
The United States has reached a critical credibility gap in its elections. Systemic and substantial election fraud has been documented and asserted in our elections to an escalating degree for decades. Voting is the very basis of the United States democracy, but the degree of faith in the reliability of US elections is eroding quickly at home and around the world. Dropping voters from roles, requiring particular ID, shuttering of voting places, dissemination of incorrect dates and locations, questionable electronic voting security, limited hours, restrictive legislation, the list goes on and on. Election officials and management are no longer seen as reliable and the evidence of fraud around them frequently bring into question the very point of voting. The problem is not just limited to particular regions or races. It is now endemic and affects everything from municipal races to the White House and everywhere from Alaska to Florida. This corruption and incompetence has had a corrosive affect on the will of American to vote and to believe in each other. The UN has experience monitoring elections and spotting fraud and can act as an effective watchdog. The United Nations can assist us in rooting out the theft of our democracy and helping America to reestablish democracy while there is still time. Please join me in asking the Secretary General to have the UNs Electoral Assistance Division of the Department of Political Affairs help by providing the US elections staff technical assistance, election observation and other assistance. If ever the US needed outside help I believe this is it.
