Petition to have the TV show "Siesta Key" removed

What MTV wants to paint a picture of with this series is dramatic relationships, beautiful rich people, mixed with slow motion shots of somewhere gorgeous that most of America doesn't live in. We get that, and we've seen it happen before with the series of Laguna Beach. This has been a phenomenon throughout all of America over the years that has usually done really well. Unfortunately, with this particular series comes with some horrifying photo/video evidence of what most of the public agrees to be animal abuse/torture coming from the main character of this show, Alex Kompothecras. Recently, a video came out of a man named Michael Wenzel and others dragging a shark at high speed behind his boat. While that video gathered high media attention, there is no evidence of Alex Kompothecras on this boat. We think Michael Wenzel and friend's actions are atrocious and there are other petitions for his arrest to sign. But, the fact of the matter is there is no evidence of Alex Kompothecras being on that boat, which is why we are here not to talk about that incident and to talk about the incidents that Alex is tied to himself given photographic and written proof. Most recently photos have surfaced of Alex Kompothecras shooting a hammerhead shark while still on the fishing line, and then posing with its dead and bloodied body inside of a boat. Last time I checked, this is not the proper OR legal way of fishing, not even to mention you aren't supposed to hunt or kill hammerhead sharks. Most of his photos were tagged with "#teammurdermurder" so its absolutely apparent what his intentions were. Along with that, it was found that he had racist remarks on his instagram which includes two men (one including himself) pouring champagne on a woman and saying "once you go black, you're never welcome back." This is not the image we, in 2017, are wanting to portray to the people tuning into this show. MTV is allowing a racist, sexist, and someone who is not taking the preservation of wildlife seriously to be glorified. This is taking a huge step back from progress that has been made over the years and is essentially allowing other people who are watching this to think that this type of activity and actions are acceptable.  Inhumane treatment of animals/racist/sexist behavior should never be the background of a person on TV. We demand that MTV make a public statement on all of this, and to take it off the air completely.

Petition to Cartoon Network

demand Cartoon Diversity

There are 24 hrs each day.  Most viewers of Cartoon Network aren't watching for that long--maybe even just less than half of that.  And not continuously either.  So an hour here...a half hour there.  But these days, the majority of households have tv's with DVR capability.  With that said, I think it's time to convince The Powers That Be of Cartoon Network to fix their daily programming.  Surely by now they have PLENTY of toons, new and old to show in half hour blocks during the 24 hr period and still have LOADS of toons that won't get aired as much--there are that many shows now.  I have done some research using Zap2It (an online tv guide), to show you a break down of how many times a cartoon is shown during the week (Sunday through Saturday ), sometimes it's the same couple of episodes.  Teen Titans Go:  84 Amazing World of Gumball:  43 Uncle Grandpa: 19 Steven Universe: 18 Regular Show:  12 Clarence:  12  (Monday and Saturday only) Adventure Time: 8 Pokemon XY: 7 (once every morning) Looney Tunes classic:  5 (once every morning, weekday only) Tom and Jerry classic:  5 (once every morning, weekday only) Tom and Jerry Show:  5  (once every morning, weekday only) Sonic Boom: 4 (weekends only) Legends of Chima: 2  (weekends only)   Of that list, Pokemon XY is only reruns. Sonic Boom airs a new ep on Saturday. Thursday is the lineup of new episodes for Gumball, Uncle Granpda, Teen Titans Go, Steven Universe,  Adventure Time and Regular Show. Saturdays and Sundays, they usually show a movie.  Sometimes it's not even a CARTOON. (Diary of a Wimpy Kid or a live action Scooby Doo movie or a live action Ben 10 movie). And the majority of the time it's a CGI movie (Shrek, Open Season, Ice Age, etc) So for the rest of the time slots, it's reruns.  Even their movies are shown repeatedly back to back.   Maybe we should call this channel the Rerun Network? Please note that the above shows normally run from 6am to 8pm daily, when Adult Swim takes over.  So you have even less of the 24 hours for regular family cartoons.  I would recommend lowering some of the repeat airings of the current toons.  (Do we really need to see the same episodes of Teen Titans Go 80+ times?)  Perhaps if time needs to be filled, dust off some of the classic toons... PowerPuff Girls, Ed Edd and Eddy, Misadventures of Flapjack, Chowder, Foster's home for Imaginary Friends..and many more! So please sign this petition, join with me...and let Cartoon Network know that we want cartoon diversity!

Petition to Netflix, NBC, Warner Brothers, Hulu Plus, USA, CW

Warner Brothers, Netflix, NBC, CW, USA, Hulu, Amazon, Fans Love Chuck, and Want it Revived!

We, the undersigned, fans of the TV Show Chuck, spurred on by recent interviews done by Zachary Levi via @Hollywoodlife via @eonline &    Want Chuck revived either in 2 hour movies or Mini Seasons. Chuck was a very unique series, Not only was the Acting, Writing, Directing etc. Outstanding. Not only did it blend more genres then any other show, and equally well. But there was, and continues to be, a unique Loyalty among fans, that has continued to grow, in the over 3 years, since it was Cancelled. Thanks to social media & Netflix, Chuck fan base all over the world has grown & continues to do so! A good fit for #Chuck might be your own network, The CW. I did some research and found that Chucks worst season it averaged 4.25 million viewers which would have put it easily in 2nd place only to Flash from your 2014-2015 season! Air it and see your ratings grow! It would work well also on Netflix where the old episodes are creating new fans everyday and would be a great new addition to the growing number of original series on the site, plus it would give it a broad based PG audience show. Most Original shows on Netflix are either Mature for Adults or for little kids, so Chuck would give it a broad based audience. Or on NBC owned Cable Network, USA where it's style of show would make it a great fit! Chucksters fought successfully to keep Chuck on the air and will do so again! Thank you!
