Petition to Republican National Committee, President of the United States, United States Electoral College, U.S. House of Representatives, Republican National Committee
Remove Donald J Trump from the Presidential Campaign
Last Update: 2/20/2016Donald J Trump is leading the polls, and has been growing ever popular, yet his supporters are quite blind to who they are supporting. There is a fine line between political differences/views and bigotry, hate, and ignorance. He has crossed that line long long ago. Over many many years Mr. Trump has said and done many things that would be questionable as someone who would be running the country. He had been called many names but he has been referred to as "Hitler" or being compared to Kim Jong-Un. Over the past couple months I have done research on any and all controversial things that Trump had done in his life. This is not a matter of political differences, this is the matter of violence that he may ensue in the future. Mr. Trump has shown many many signs of becoming a dictator, many of them can be compared to Adolf Hitler. I absolutely refuse to let him run this country. I truly am scared and terrified for this country if he were to win. If Trump wasn't bad enough, his supporters are just as scary and have shown acts of violence multiple times at his rallies, including verbally and physically harassing minorities that show up to watch Mr. Trump Speak. Topics in here include the Rape of his wife, racist, sexist, narcissistic, Islamophobic, xenophobic, comments, Making fun of others for their disabilities or weight. his general ignorance and dangers towards this country, and much much more. Many petitions have been made but none of them go over all of these topics and very few have any proof. This is the petitions that may be able to keep Trump out of office. 1) Rape of Ivana: Back in 1989 Trumps wife Ivana had accused him of rape during their marriage. Ivana Trump’s assertion of “rape” came in a deposition—part of the early ’90s divorce case between the Trumps, and revealed in the 1993 book Lost Tycoon: The Many Lives of Donald J. Trump. The book, by former Texas Monthly and Newsweek reporter Harry Hurt III, described a harrowing scene. After a painful scalp reduction surgery to remove a bald spot, Donald Trump confronted his then-wife, who had previously used the same plastic surgeon.“Your fucking doctor has ruined me!” Trump cried. What followed was a “violent assault,” according to Lost Tycoon. Donald held back Ivana’s arms and began to pull out fistfuls of hair from her scalp, as if to mirror the pain he felt from his own operation. He tore off her clothes and unzipped his pants.“Then he jams his penis inside her for the first time in more than sixteen months. Ivana is terrified… It is a violent assault,” Hurt writes. “According to versions she repeats to some of her closest confidantes, ‘he raped me.’”Following the incident, Ivana ran upstairs, hid behind a locked door, and remained there “crying for the rest of night.” When she returned to the master bedroom in the morning, he was there.“As she looks in horror at the ripped-out hair scattered all over the bed, he glares at her and asks with menacing casualness: ‘Does it hurt?’” Hurt writes. During this Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen had said “You’re talking about the front-runner for the GOP, presidential candidate, as well as a private individual who never raped anybody. And, of course, understand that by the very definition, you can’t rape your spouse. It is true,” Cohen added. “You cannot rape your spouse. And there’s very clear case law. There is no such thing, legally, as a man raping his wife.” (Today all 50 states have laws that consider non-consensual sex with a spouse rape. In 1984, New York’s [where Trump and Ivana lived] top court struck down the state’s “marital rape exemption.”) Trump's lawyer also threatened DailyBeast “I will make sure that you and I meet one day while we’re in the courthouse. And I will take you for every penny you still don’t have. And I will come after your Daily Beast and everybody else that you possibly know,” Cohen said. “So I’m warning you, tread very f*cking lightly, because what I’m going to do to you is going to be f*cking disgusting. You understand me? You write a story that has Mr. Trump’s name in it, with the word ‘rape,’ and I’m going to mess your life up… for as long as you’re on this frickin’ planet… you’re going to have judgments against you, so much money, you’ll never know how to get out from underneath it,” The divorce was granted on the grounds of “cruel and inhuman treatment” of Ivana. During this time, Ivana was ordered a Gag Order where she is not allowed to speak about her marriage with Trump without his permission. Ivana said in a statement to CNN recently.“I have recently read some comments attributed to me from nearly 30 years ago at a time of very high tension during my divorce from Donald. The story is totally without merit. Donald and I are the best of friends and together have raised three children that we love and are very proud of. I have nothing but fondness for Donald and wish him the best of luck on his campaign. Incidentally, I think he would make an incredible president.” Reminding others that she is unable to speak about her marriage with him without his permission. It is very possible she was legally forced to stay quiet about the rape allegations. And very possible when she was asked about it, she is either still under that order or she could be afraid, threatened, or still in denial about the alleged assault. 2) Dating his daughter:During an interview on The View on March 6th 2006 a host asked “What would you do if Playboy put Ivanka on the cover of the magazine?” to which he replied “It would be really disappointing...not really. But it would depend on what was inside the magazine” after talking more he said “I don’t think Ivanka would do that inside the magazine, Although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said that if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps, I would be dating her.” followed by laughter. To which the other host hits him with a rolled up piece of paper and says “Stop it!” “it’s so weird!” “You are a sick man” after that small backlash he repeats “Is that terrible?” multiple times. Recently he appeared on LIVE with Kelly and Michael and talked about that interview many years ago saying “I said on a certain show that my daughter is a beautiful young women, I said it joking, everyone laughed everybody laughed, I said ‘My daughter is so beautiful that if I weren’t married etc etc I’d be dating her.” followed by silence and him saying “Cute...it was cute, everyone cracked up, the next day [gesturing writing] ‘Trump wants to date his daughter!’ “ Most parents are proud of their children and love them dearly. It is not uncommon for parents to speak about how beautiful/ handsome their child is. However, saying that they are so beautiful that you would consider dating her is another. especially adding in “If I wasn’t married” 3) IDing Muslims:In an interview with Yahoo! News, “We’re going to have to do things that we never did before. And some people are going to be upset about it, but I think that now everybody is feeling that security is going to rule,” Trump said. “And certain things will be done that we never thought would happen in this country in terms of information and learning about the enemy. And so we’re going to have to do certain things that were frankly unthinkable a year ago.” Yahoo News asked Trump whether this level of tracking might require registering Muslims in a database or giving them a form of special identification that noted their religion. He wouldn’t rule it out.In case you have been living under a rock for the past 75 years, In the 1940’s IDing a religion became quite popular when ruthless dictator Adolf Hitler came to rule Germany. Forcing all Jewish people to wear a badge on them at all times of the Star Of David (The Jewish and Israeli symbol) with the word “Jude” on it. Hitler had spread propaganda and fear among the country against Judaism with words like “Alien Race”. He ID’ed the Jewish citizens saying Jews were an “International threat” and made to carry Identification papers, These were the very first steps that caused the holocaust and started the rights of Jewish people to be slowly stripped away until they were eventually executed for being Jewish. Sound familiar? 4) Banning Muslims: December of 2015 Trump announced a statement saying “Donald J Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what the hell is going on. We have no choice, We have. No. Choice.” followed by cheers from the audience. He goes on to say 25% of the Muslim community has hatred for Americans and would act violently towards them according to Center For Security Policy. Which upon my research has been found to be “A Washington, D.C.-based national security think tank that has been widely accused of engaging in conspiracy theorizing by a range of individuals, media outlets and organizations.” and has caused lists of controversies like extremist think tank, propagating conspiracy theories, “One of the CSP's "Occasional Papers" accused Huma Abedin, then Hillary Clinton's aide, of being an undercover spy for the Muslim Brotherhood”In other words, NOT a reliable source Regarding the ban, Trump has yet to realize that it is almost physically impossible to ban an idea or belief. He speaks about how he would go about banning Muslims by simply “asking them” at the airport. And just in case Donald Trump forget what the First Amendment says “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”And the fact that America was founded on the very principle of freedom from religious persecution. 5) Making fun of a disabled man:The New York Times' reporter Serge Kovaleski, who has arthrogryposis, a condition that affects his joint movements was made fun of by no other than Donald J Trump, Presidential candidate. During the rally he speaks about an article “while defending his debunked claim that there were“thousands” of Muslims in New Jersey “cheering” while the twin towers went down on September 11. Kovaleski’s 2001 article noted that authorities questioned “a number of people who were allegedly seen celebrating the attacks and holding tailgate-style parties on rooftops while they watched the devastation on the other side of the river.” But Kovaleski told CNN this week that he had no memory of “anyone saying there were thousands, or even hundreds, of people celebrating.”He then goes on saying “Written by a nice reporter, now the poor guy, you gotta see this guy ‘Ohhh uhhh I don’t know what I said ahhh! I don’t remember!’ he’s going ‘I don't remember! oh uh maybe that’s what I said’ “ All while jerking his hands around to his chest in a claw like movement mimicking Mr. Kovaleski’s illness. He later posted a tweet than later deleting it saying that he had “no idea” who Kovaleski is. and “If Mr. Kovaleski is handicapped, I would not know because I do know what he looks like,” the statement reads. “If I did know, I would definitely not say anything about his appearance." Ok so lets say he really didn’t know who the reporter was or what he looked like, Lets say he is being honest and has never seen him before. So his first reaction to mimicking someone over something they said that he finds to be stupid is to mimic the movement of someone who is physically handicapped? But he did make the comment of “now the poor guy, You gotta see this guy” making it sound like he has seen this reporter before and the audience has not so he begins to demonstrate.According to The United States Census Bureau 1 in 5 Americans have a disability, “30.6 million Americans had difficulty walking or climbing stairs, or used a wheelchair, cane, crutches or walker. About 56.7 million people — 19 percent of the population — had a disability in 2010” 6) Making fun of an obese man:Back in November during one of his rallies he brings up Food Stamps. He said “We have almost 50 Million on Food Stamps, and I'll tell you what if we had a real...If we had a real..Oh Hello...” he waves into the crowd as you hear booing. A man stands up and is being taken out by security and the crowd chants “We need trump”. He continues talking “You know it’s amazing, I mention Food Stamps and that guy who is seriously overweight went crazy, He went crazy, amazing” followed by laughter and cheers as Trump shuffles his papers. While it is true there is 47 Million people in the US that are living in poverty, Food Stamps has kept 4.7 million out of poverty according to The Washington Post. “The Congressional Budget Office expects the number of food-stamp recipients to decline by 14 million, or 30 percent, in the next 10 years as the economy improves” That study was done in 2010. “As of February 2015, the most recent month available, 45.7 million people are receiving food stamps, according to data released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which administers the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).” Says USA Today As someone who is on Food Stamps myself, I have experienced it first hand. Not being able to afford food for that week, Or if my mother had worked an extra day and made a few dollars more than what they qualify for, we lost our Food Stamps. Although we did have some extra money, it was not nearly enough for food for the week. Now not all people who are on Food Stamps get stuck in this rut. Unfortunately for my mother who is 60 years old, never went to graduate college, divorced, has two children to take care of, all while working a part time job at Marshalls three days out of the week. So we need Food Stamps in order to survive. But there are others who are lucky enough to only need it for a short period of time. But regardless of why someone needs Food Stamps, if Food Stamps are needed, etc, It was extremely uncalled for and inappropriate for a Presidential Candidate to comment negatively about someone else’s weight (who quite honestly looked a lot thinner than Trump himself). 7) Pumping Breast milk is disgusting: Most women Breast Pump after they give birth. Breast pumps are devices that cover the woman's nipples to obtain the breast milk. The milk travels through a tube and into a bottle where you can store the milk to feed the child at a later time. This is used for when women are at work, if the baby is having trouble breastfeeding or cannot breastfeed, or if the mother chooses not to breast feed straight from the source due to medical reasons or personal reasons. Without pumping, the breasts will begin to feel uncomfortable and full of milk and can potentially because the milk supply to drop if not done for a day or two.Donald Trump called out attorney Elizabeth Beck for taking a break to go privately breast pump after giving birth three months prior. She told CNN "He got up, his face got red, he shook his finger at me and he screamed, 'You're disgusting, you're disgusting,' and he ran out of there," Beck had stated that before the meeting they had arranged with Trump’s legal team, an appropriate time during their lunch break where she would excuse herself and use her breast pump. She said “Once the break came around, Donald Trump did not agree with the break, he said ‘No breaks’” She describe it as a “Meltdown” She explained in detail more: “When I said I needed the break and it was for breast pumping purposes, he got up, his face got red, he shook his finger at me and he screamed, 'You're disgusting, you're disgusting,' and he ran out of there, and was not able to conclude his deposition that day" CNN was told that he had left the deposition [A deposition is witness's sworn out-of-court testimony. It used to gather information as part of the discovery process and, in limited circumstances, may be used at trial.] after he called Beck disgusting and they never saw him again that day and for the rest of the week Allan Garten, Trump’s attorney, said in an interview with CNN stating “Trumps language was in no way a statement about her decision to breastfeed or pump...It was solely the fact that she was appearing to do it in the middle of a deposition. In my 20 years of legal practice I have never seen more bizarre behavior at a deposition. That is what led to his remark” Beck replied with “That is absolutely untrue. As anybody who breastfeeds their baby understands, you have a breast pump which is an apparatus and you just need a private room with an electrical outlet. All I was requesting was a break that everybody had agreed to during lunch hour, that I can excuse myself and pump my babies food in the privacy of a room” "She was disgusting," Garten said in a phone interview with CNN. "She was attempting to breast feed -- to pump in the middle of a deposition, in a deposition room with five lawyers and was not excusing herself." So let’s take a second, She needed a break, that everyone agreed to, to use her breast pump, and Mr.Trump did not allow her to have a break. So say that it is true that she started trying to use her breast pump in the middle of the courtroom, could you blame her? She is uncomfortable and forced to stay in this room. It is not uncommon for women to breast pump at work. Many do it. I listened to a radio station a while back and you can hear the pumping of a women who just gave birth two weeks earlier. It did not bother the 5 other men she was working with, nor did it bother the listeners, and it certainly did not bother me. Why? Because it is a part of life, it is needed in order to keep the milk supply up. It is needed to feed her child. That is that. Again it is extremely disrespectful, ignorant, and hurtful to tell a woman who has just given birth that her need to breastfeed is disgusting. This is not something we want to hear a presidential candidate say. 8) Expect sexual assault with Men and Women in the military:“26,000 unreported sexual assults in the military-only 238 convictions. What did these geniuses expect when they put men & women together?” Mr. Trump wrote on May 7th 2013 at 7:04pm on his twitter. Said less than 10 minutes later“The Generals and top military brass never wanted a mixer but were forced to do it by very dumb politicians who wanted to be politically C!”“Dumb politicians who wanted to be politically correct” Meaning, believing women could be able to serve our country alongside our men is too “politically correct” and “Dumb” for him? And that he clearly believes in order to protect women from sexual assault they shouldn’t be put into the military in the first place?Since Trump has never served our country, although eighth grade he did participate in marching drills and wore a uniform, attaining the rank of "cadet captain" in his senior year. He told a biographer in 2015 that NYMA gave him "more training militarily than a lot of the guys that go into the military." He probably doesn’t know that the women and men’s barracks are separated. meaning anyone can walk over to the other barrack and assault their comrades if they so choose. But if she wasn’t there in the first place, then she wouldn’t have been assaulted...right?As the Huffington Post writes “ Is Trump saying that men are all prone to rape? Or that women shouldn't be allowed in the military because they'll inevitably be assaulted”Is this the most blatant form of Victim Blaming. Saying it is their own fault for joining the military, It is the government's fault for believing in equal rights for women, It is the fault of being “Politically Correct” that caused women to be assaulted in the military. Also I highly doubt that Trump obtained the same experience in a High School ROTC program than actually joining the military. FYI Trump, Men can get assaulted in the military too. 9) Sexism:These are multiple sexist comments Donald Trump has made throughout his life. “So much of the boardroom discussion concerned the appearance of the female contestants — discussing the female contestants’ looks — who he found to be hot. He asked the men to rate the women — he went down the line and asked the guys, ‘Who’s the most beautiful on the women’s team?’ ” Said a former contestant Mahsa Saeidi-Azcuy, a former Brooklyn assistant district attorney Gene Folkes, a 46-year-old financial adviser who spent a decade in the US Air Force said- “I think it was most uncomfortable when he had one [female] contestant come around the board table and twirl around,” 2013 episode of Celebrity Apprentice: All-Stars, Bret Michaels recounted to Trump how Brande Roderick (a former Playboy model), in trying to demonstrate how much she didn't want to be eliminated, got on her knees and said, "I want to do this." Trump responded, "Excuse me, you dropped to your knees? That must have been a pretty picture, you dropping to your knees." "Look at that face!" he cries. "Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president?! I mean, she's a woman, and I'm not s'posedta say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?" “While @BetteMidler is an extremely unattractive woman, I refuse to say that because I always insist on being politically correct” Trump said to a female reporter in a clip featured on "Last Week Tonight." "Like you wouldn't have your job if you weren't beautiful. “Women have one of the great acts of all time. The smart ones act very feminine and needy, but inside they are real killers. The person who came up with the expression ‘the weaker sex’ was either very naive or had to be kidding. I have seen women manipulate men with just a twitch of their eye — or perhaps another body part.” -- Trump: The Art of the Comeback, 1997 Women: “You have to treat ’em like sh*t.” ( New York magazine pg 43, Nov. 9, 1992) Regarding Megyn Kelly during the Fox News GOP Debate "She had blood coming out of her eyes. Or blood coming out of her where ever," He made a tweet on April 16th 2015 towards Hillary Clinton than later deleted it saying “ If Hillary Clinton can’t satisfy her husband what makes her think she can satisfy America?” "You know, it doesn't matter what the media writes as long as you've got a young and beautiful piece of ass." Trump said in a 1991 interview with Esquire. "All the women on The Apprentice flirt with me, whether consciously or unconsciously. That's good to be expected." In his 2004 book, How to Get Rich, He had made a tweet regarding Huffington Post founder Ariana Huffington saying “.@ariannahuff is unattractive both inside and out. I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man- he made a good decision.” He said in an Interview “Well Rosie O’Donnell is disgusting, I mean both inside and out. You take a look at her she’s a slob, she talks like uh, like a truck driver. Rosie attacked me personally because I was very happy when her talk show failed. The other thing that failed and this was a real monster, and when everyone was suing her was her magazine called “Rosie” was a total disaster.” He continued to say “I love to see bad people fail. Rosie failed. I'm happy about it” He goes on to talk about that he would fire her if he was running The View saying “I’d look at her right in that fat, ugly face of hers and say ‘Rosie, ya fired!’” “Rosie is a very unattractive person” He also threatened to send someone to go after Rosie’s girlfriend because “why have Rosie when you can have someone else?” then goes on to say he would sue her “for fun” to take some money “out of her fat ass pockets” and finally finishes off with “Rosie is a loser” He had made comments during the Fox News GOP debate, When Megyn Kelly, the host of the debate, asked Trump “You have called women you don’t like ‘fat pigs’, ‘dogs’, ‘slobs’, and ‘disgusting animals’-” He than cuts her off to comment “Only Rosie O’Donnell” Followed by laughter from the audience but not a single smirk from host Megyn Kelly. He later replies to the cheering and laughter with a “Thank you”. He began to say “The big problem this country has is being politically correct. I have been challenged by so many people and I don’t frankly have time for political correctness” Bernie Sanders and Black Lives Matter protesters in Seattle? “I would never give up my microphone! I thought that was disgusting. That showed such weakness, the way he was taken away by two young women. The microphone!” (Birch Run, Mich., Aug. 11, 2015) “She’s not giving me 100 percent. She’s giving me 84 percent, and 16 percent is going towards taking care of children.” (TIME, May 23, 2011) New York Times Gail Collins recalled: "During one down period, I referred to him in print as a 'financially embattled thousandaire' and he sent me a copy of the column with my picture circled and 'The Face of a Dog!' written over it." “I really understand beauty. And I will tell you, she's not—I do own Miss Universe. I do own Miss USA. I mean I own a lot of different things. I do understand beauty, and she's not". On Larry King’s CNN show "I know where she went -- it's disgusting, I don't want to talk about it," Trump said, screwing up his face, as the crowd laughed and cheered. "No, it's too disgusting. Don't say it, it's disgusting." Mr.Trump, This is not a matter of whether you like being PC or not. It is about how you treat women and how you would treat the women in this country, including the people that could possibly work for you if you were to become president. Picture this, now Fox News is known for their hatred for current president Barack Obama, If Obama said the same thing, there would be a national outrage, people would fight harder to impeach him, and Fox News would be all over that story and no one would ever stop talking about it. 10) Vaccines cause Autism: During a CNN GOP debate alongside Dr. Ben Carson the topic of whether vaccines cause autism or not came up. Donald Trump speaks about “Just the other day, 2 years old, 2 and a half years old, the child the beautiful child, went to have the vaccine, and came back a week later, got a tremendous fever, got very very sick, now he’s autistic” After he spoke the host replied “Ok Dr Carson you just heard his medical take” which Dr. Carson replied “He’s an ok Doctor” followed by laughter. Now it has been proven for many many years that vaccines and autism have no connections whatsoever. How would I know this? My brother has autism, we have spoken to doctors, nurses, therapists, teachers, special ed teachers, people who work with mentally handicapped children, have all said vaccines do not cause autism. But say for example, it was, what if vaccines do cause autism? Is it really that bad to have an autistic child? What would you rather have your child have, the mumps, measles, polio, smallpox, Chicken pox, cholera, tuberculosis, and many variations of the plague? All of which these diseases are, or could be fatal, especially in small children. Or would you rather have your child be autistic? As for Trumps comment. That is not how autism works. Autism is not an illness, it is not something you can get a fever, get sick, stay home from school thinking it’s just a cold, but nope! You caught autism! That is NOT how autism works. 11) "Jeb Bush likes illegals because of his wife.":On July 4th 2015 at 7:39pm, Trump quoted another user's tweet which claimed to know why Bush likes “Mexican illegals.” and it said “@RobHeilbron: @realLDonaldTrump #JebBush has to like Mexican illegals because of his wife”Now Jeb Bush wife Columba was born in León, Mexico in 1953 and became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 1979. 5 years after her and Jeb got married. Mr. Trump however married Ivana who was from Zlín, Czech Republic,She became a U.S. citizen in 1988 they got divorced in 1992. He then married Marla Maples from the US in 1993 than divorced in 1999. and is currently married to Melania Knauss from Sevnica, Slovenia who became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2006. He is not someone who should be talking negatively about immigrants since 2 out of this 3 wives were immigrants. Jeb Bush’s wife has been a US Citizen longer than Trumps Immigrant wives. 12) Islamophobia:During a rally in New Hampshire, someone in the rally stood up to ask a question. His question was: “We have a problem in this country, it's called Muslims. We know our current president is one.” Trump replies “Right” the man continues “You know he's not even an American--” He gets cut off by Trump jokingly say “We need this question. This is the first question?” and laughs. The man continues again “But anyway, we have training camps brewing where they want to kill us. That's my question, when can we get rid of it?" Trump responds with "We're going to be looking at a lot of different things. A lot of people are saying that, a lot of people are saying bad things are happening out there. We are going to be looking at that and plenty of other things."Not only is it scary that his followers THINK like this, but it is scarier that Trump didn’t bother to correct this man, he didn’t bother to cut him off, or say that his comment is inappropriate. He spoke with 60 Minutes about the incident When the host asked “You let that [comment] pass,I wonder what that tells us about you?” To which Trump replied “Well he said much more than that, that was part of the statement and he went on to say other things” The host brings back to say “But the bigotry part” Trump said “Look, he said mostly about Obama. The whole question was about Oba--Look I don’t have to defend President Obama, he’s not going to defend me. So whether you agree with the man, don’t agree, and there were people in that audience that you probably noticed that did agree with him.” The host tells him that this was a “testing moment” for a man who is running for president. Trump disagreed with him. He continues “But here you had a bigot” Trump replies with “Well you don’t know that, you don’t know that. He asked a question but you don’t know if he was a bigot. But look--” The host reminds him of what the man had said. “There’s a problem in this country and it’s Muslims?” Than Trump goes on talking about how he loves the Muslims and all of his friends are Muslims, and he has Muslims working for him. But also adds that “To the best of my knowledge the people who knocked the world trade center, you know where they-- They didn't fly back to Sweden”So the question is, What DID Trump mean when he said “We are going to look into that” when replying to the man’s remark about problems with Muslims and “What can we do to get rid of it?” Get rid of what? Muslims? Terrorism? The “camps” that have people wanting to kill us? Many many Americans speculate on our Presidents religion. A lot claim that he is a Muslim. So it is not just Trump who is saying this. He said in an interview on "The O'Reilly Factor" talking about Obama’s birth certificate stating "He may have one, but there is something on that birth certificate, Maybe religion. Maybe it says he's a Muslim. I don't know. Maybe he doesn't want that. Or he may not have one. I will tell you this: if he wasn't born in this country, it's one of the great scams of all time." First things first: Religion is not something that is printed on a child’s birth certificateSecond: There is nothing wrong with being a MuslimThird: There are only THREE requirements to become President: Only native-born U.S. citizens One must also be at least 35 years of age One must live in the United States for at least 14 years So...Nowhere in that list does it say one has to be a Christian. In fact, it’s doesn't say anything about religion in general. Why? For one: The First Amendment states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." Our country's founders -- who were of different religious backgrounds themselves -- knew the best way to protect religious liberty was to keep the government out of religion. So they created the First Amendment -- to guarantee the separation of church and state. This fundamental freedom is a major reason why the U.S. has managed to avoid a lot of the religious conflicts that have torn so many other nations apart. Also The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution says that everyone in the United States has the right to practice his or her own religion, or no religion at all. So why is Trump and many other Americans so concerned about Obama’s religion? Who knows. Now as for Obama’s citizenship, no one believes he was born in Hawaii. Why? Who knows. They don’t think he was born in America. But when in fact, one of our own presidential candidates is not in fact born in America. Ted Cruz, born in Calgary, Canada in 1970. No one has ever questioned his birth certificate. Now Cruz is allowed to run for president because his mother was a US Citizen, as long as one parent is a US Citizen they are allowed to run. So how come we are complaining about a black American born citizen as President but not questioning a white Canadian born running for President? 13) Racist Comments: “I have black guys counting my money. … I hate it. The only guys I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes all day.” ( USA Today, May 20, 1991) “Who the f*ck knows? I mean, really, who knows how much the Japs will pay for Manhattan property these days?” (TIME, January 1989) “I have a great relationship with the blacks. I’ve always had a great relationship with the blacks.” (Albany’s Talk 1300, April 14, 2011) The Mexican government forces many bad people into our country. Because they’re smart. They’re smarter than our leaders.” (NBC News, July 8, 2015) “They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people,” “I’d throw a tax on every Mercedes-Benz rolling into this country and on all Japanese products, and we’d have wonderful allies again.” (When asked what his first action as President would be, Playboy Interview, March 1990) "I like Mexico. I love the Mexican people. I do business with the Mexican people, but you have people coming through the border that are from all over. And they're bad. They're really bad, You have people coming in, and I'm not just saying Mexicans, I'm talking about people that are from all over that are killers and rapists and they're coming into this country.” (CNN) “I’ve read hundreds of books about China over the decades. I know the Chinese. I’ve made a lot of money with the Chinese. I understand the Chinese mind.” (LA Times MAY 3, 2011) 14) Narcissistic Comments: “Sorry losers and haters, but my I.Q. is one of the highest — and you all know it!” (Twitter, May 8, 2013) “… of course, it’s very hard for them to attack me on looks, because I’m so good looking.” (NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Aug. 9, 2015) “There’s something very seductive about being a television star.” (TrumpNation: The Art of Being The Donald, 2005) “I’m really rich.” (New York City, June 16, 2015) “People love me” “Everybody loves me” “I think the only difference between me and the other candidates is that I’m more honest and my women are more beautiful.” (NY Times November 17, 1999) In 2012, transgender Miss Universe contestant Jenna Talackova was kicked out of the contest for not having declared her trans status in her entry (the pageant does now accept trans people). Talackova’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, angrily said that no one had asked Trump to ‘prove’ he was a man by showing his anatomy. In response, Trump called in to TMZ Live and said of his penis: “I think Gloria would be very impressed”. #15 Insults: Trump takes to his Twitter account most of the time to insult, harass, and bully other celebrities and politicians rather than spread constructive ideas about how to make this country great again. It includes calling people “Dummies” “Bullies” “Losers” and “Morons”, Insulting women’s looks, and criticizing others work. He claims people are bullying him when just going through his twitter feed for 5 minutes, you can easily see that he is the bully. (Some tweets may be repeated or continued from “#9 Sexist Comments” ) Infact going through his twitter feel, he mostly insults Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz, and Hilary Clinton. [x] [x] [x] [x] Those are just some within the month between December 31st - January 19th. “Now grotesque @BetteMidler is into the Trump act --- trying to become relevant again.” (Twitter, Oct. 28, 2012)"@laurasgoldman: .@realDonaldTrump why is it necessary to comment on .@ariannahuff looks? He should be forced to take an IQ test 16) General Dangers: Recently at a rally he praised Kim Jong-Un, Dictator of North Korea, for being so tough when executing people. saying “How many young guys — he was like 26 or 25 when his father died — take over these tough generals and all of a sudden, you know, it’s pretty amazing when you think of it. How does he do that? Even though it is a culture, and it’s a culture thing, he goes in, he takes over, he’s the boss. It’s incredible. He wiped out the uncle, he wiped out this one, that one. I mean this guy doesn’t play games.” Although after the statement he did say “ I mean this guy doesn’t play games, and we can’t play games with him” He still praised a ruthless, murderous, dictator for being just that. He admires a dictator for the way he executes people who challenge him. Recently during a rally in Burlington VT, the rally was interrupted by some protesters. He replies to the protesters with “I thought I heard a little voice over there. Get him outta there! Don’t give him his coat. Keep his coat. Confiscate his coat. You know it’s about ten degrees below zero outside. No, you can keep his coat. Tell him we’ll send it to him in a couple of weeks.” So his reaction to someone who doesn’t agree with him is to throw them out into the cold? He realizes that if he does become president, and like all presidents, there will be people who don’t like him. Who’s to say he wouldn’t do this to anyone who challenges him in office? According to The Young Turks During Trumps rallies, the crowd is encouraged to shout at protesters, they are told to throw the signs in the protesters faces and chant “Trump” while pointing at them until they leave.. This was the same rally where he told the security to take the protesters coat. Not only that but Trump has strict rules for the press that comes to video tape him at his rallies. Their producer and cameraman Eric Byler was assigned a Trump staffer to shadow him while he was using Periscope to make sure he filmed nothing but Donald Trump on stage. He was later greeted by Burlington police and said that he was trespassing and was going to be arrested. Which is direct violation of Freedom of the Press. You also see a Trump supporter get kicked out, as she screams “I didn’t do anything” and is crying. As you see there are other supporters pointing at her yelling at her as she gets escorted out of the building. Donald Trump Jam Recently released was a video of three small girls, all looked to be no older than 10 years old, sang a special song for Donald Trump. Singing about how great Trump is going to make America.Where was a common theme with the comments on this video, Every one of them said the same thing. It sounds like something out of North Korea [Comments 1] [Comments 2] People are nicknaming these children “Trump Youth” a play off the ever notorious “Hitler Youth” If you go to the USA Freedom Kids Facebook page, they have quite a disturbing picture. Two of the freedom kids wearing communist Chinese military uniforms with the description " “#Sundaysalute goes out to our United States Army! You inspire greatness!. #Armystrong”" to which they later deleted after a few months of having it up, where people recently saw and commented on the photo. People have mentioned that past presidents Including Obama, have had songs made about them. The difference is, those songs were made in the privacy of their own public schools, or other public places. Trump had these children come onto his stage during his rally to sing about him. How loyal are Trumps voters? Recently he said “They say I have the most loyal people, did you see that? Where I can stand in the middle of 5th ave. and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose any voters, Ok? It’s like incredible” That alone should be very very concerning to hear coming out of someone who might be running the country for the next couple of years. Especially involving the massive amounts of gun violence we’ve been hearing about the past year. In an interview with Greta Van Susteren, he spoke about his use of bad language on the campaign trail as well as speaking about a supporter who told Trump in front of the audience that "Ted Cruz is a p*ssy". People didn't hear what she said when Trump told her to knock it off, and he repeated what she had said. Then claims that people have a problem with being too politically correct and continues with: "As I get closer and closer to the goal, it's going to get different. You were there Greta right from the beginning. 17 people, now we're down to not very many people, there would be 6 at the end of the day, maybe even less than that. And once you get down to a certain level, it changes. I will be changing very rapidly I’m very capable of changing to anything I want to change to"What exactly does he mean he will be changing very rapidly? and that he is capable to changing to anything he wants to? Many are taking this as a warning sign. To beware that he is admitting that he even isn't being himself with his followers. That we will never know who the real Trump is. Eva Schloss a holocaust survivor wrote with Newsweek "If Donald Trump become the next president of the U.S. it would be a complete disaster. I think he is acting like another Hitler by inciting racism. During his U.S. presidential campaign he has suggested the “total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States," as well as pledging to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico to keep illegal immigrants out."#17 Supporters:Robo Call:All politicians tend to make automated house calls to vote for them, and sometimes groups that support certain candidates will also make house calls. One person recorded the message they got on their landline phone of a group that supported Donald Trump. It said: “The American National Super PAC is calling to support Donald Trump, I'm Jared Taylor with American Renaissance. Donald Trump will expel all illegal immigrants and build a border wall. He will end Muslim immigration, unless all immigrants can contribute to our western culture. We don’t need more Mexicans, Haitians, or Guatemalans. So vote Trump!” then it continues with several other people to vote for Trump, and ending the message with “This call is not authorized by Donald Trump”Several other Robo calls from other people have surfaced. such as “The American National Super PAC makes this call to support Donald Trump.‘My name is Reverend Ronald Tan, host of the Christian radio talk show program For God and Country. First Corinthians states: God chose the foolish things of this world to shame the wise and God chose the weak things of this world to shame the strong. For the Iowa caucuses, please support Donald Trump. He is courageous and he speaks his mind. God Bless. ‘I’m Jared Taylor with American Renaissance. I urge you to vote for Donald Trump because he is the one candidate who points out that we should accept immigrants who are good for America. We don’t need Muslims. We need smart, well-educated white people who will assimilate to our culture. Vote Trump. I am William Johnson, a farmer, and a white nationalist. Support Donald Trump. I paid for this through the super PAC. [Telephone] (213) 718-3908. This call is not authorized by Donald Trump.’” Researching what exactly the American Renaissance, and the American National Super PAC is, turns out, the AR is known to be a white supremacist publication, and ANSPAC is another white nationalist organization.White nationalism is an ideology that advocates a racial definition of national identity. These individuals identify and are attached to the perceived white nation. When asked why he has agreed to work with white nationalists to support Donald Trump, Reverend Ronald Tan replied: “America has lost its direction. Donald Trump is called ‘The Great White Hope’ for racially conscious whites, but he is also called of God to make America great again. Donald Trump says what he believes. He may be weak and foolish in the eyes of man, but he is qualified to be an instrument in God’s hands.” It is obvious that one cannot control the actions of others. But this show's you the kind of people that Trump is attracting, White Nationalists, KKK Members and Neo Nazi's Violence at Rallies: Trump had been known to kick protesters out of rallies or people who try to challenge him. There are many many videos on youtube, someone even made a compilation of some of the fights. These fights included a man being dragged by his collar out the door, A white man spitting in a latino man’s face, People getting choked, property destroyed, and beaten. These are the Trump supporters. Supporters screaming at and beating up “Immigrants” (people who are not perceived as white)Two brothers from Boston came out of a Red Sox came and found a Latino homeless man on the street, where they ripped off his blanket, beat the man with a pipe, and urinated on him. When police found the man, he was wet and shivering at a subway stop, had several bruises and a broken nose. These men said “Donald Trump was right all these illegals need to be deported” When Donald Trump was notified of this incident, he said at on twitter “Boston incident is terrible. We need energy and passion, but we must treat each other with respect. I would never condone violence” but then later said “It would be a shame...I will say that some people who are following me are very passionate. They love this country and they want this country to be great again. They’re passionate!”Man yells at a taxi driver for pulling up next to his concession stand saying he is an “Illegal Alien from Hell” and claims that he works for Trump and he is going to make sure that “ you shits, half of you at the Limousine Commission are Illegal aliens” and that most of them are Illegal Aliens. "Jokes": Many of Trumps supporters all laugh at his “jokes” and claim that “Liberals” need to calm down in attacking Trump for those jokes. Dating his daughter -JokingShooting someone in 5th Ave to prove followers loyalty- JokingJerking his arms and hands to his chest in a claw-like movement- JokingMakes racist comment -He was jokingMakes sexist comment- He was jokingMakes any inappropriate comment -He was jokingDear all Supporters, These “jokes” are not funny, these are not “jokes” these can be harmful to those who are listening. Racism kills, Sexism kills, Homophobia kills, Hate kills. It is not a matter of being weak or too sensitive, or even being too Politically Correct. It is about being respectful towards others, and being a decent human being. Do we want a president that insults, bullies, and harasses his own people if they don't like him?__________This is no longer a matter of “He says what everyone is thinking” or “He speaks his mind”. This is no longer a matter of if you're tired of “Political Correctness”. He has said multiple times, on camera as well, that he has violent tendencies. When I think of someone running the country, I think of someone who is kind, gentle, yet can be strong. Someone who people shouldn’t afraid of. Someone who people wouldn't be protesting at their rallies. I have never seen anyone protest at any of the other presidential rallies. And I have definitely not seen any other presidential rallies turn violent. Mr. Donald J Trump has proven he is not responsible enough to be President of the United States of America. Worst of all, he has proven it all himself. He has proven to be a danger to our country, our citizens, and even his own supporters. We must put a stop to this before he does serious damage to this country. Never in my life have I ever been involved with politics, but the past year has been vastly different. I have been working very hard, researching all candidates, and watching how they treat their supports, their non supporters, and their fellow candidates. I am now making it my duty to educate others on the dangers of Trump and his supporters and keep him out of office. Please do the same and sign this petition in hopes that the White House, and Republican National Committee sees it and be educated so they can remove Donald J Trump from the presidential campaign!
Petition to Ted Cruz
Use El Chapo's 14 Billion Dollar Drug Money To Build Mexican Wall!
Donald Trump said he would have Mexico finance a wall to keep illegal aliens out of the U.S. (this means drug dealers and criminals of all sort). El Chapo's 14 Billion dollars of Drug Money can be taken from him and used for the benefit of all. Best of all it will be used against what created it, the drug cartel!
Petition to Quicken Loans Arena, National Rifle Association, Republican National Committee, Reince Priebus, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, John Kasich
Allow Open Carry of Firearms at the Quicken Loans Arena during the RNC Convention in July.
RECOGNIZE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO OPEN CARRY FIREARMS AT THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION AT THE QUICKEN LOANS ARENA IN JULY 2016 SUMMARY: In July of 2016, the GOP will host its convention at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Though Ohio is an open carry state, which allows for the open carry of guns, the hosting venue—the Quicken Loans Arena—strictly forbids the carry of firearms on their premises. According to the policy on their website, "firearms and other weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden on the premises of Quicken Loans Arena." This is a direct affront to the Second Amendment and puts all attendees at risk. As the National Rifle Association has made clear, "gun-free zones" such as the Quicken Loans Arena are "the worst and most dangerous of all lies." The NRA, our leading defender of gun rights, has also correctly pointed out that "gun free zones... tell every insane killer in America... (the) safest place to inflict maximum mayhem with minimum risk." (March 4, 2016 and Dec. 21, 2012) Cleveland, Ohio is consistently ranked as one of the top ten most dangerous cities in America. By forcing attendees to leave their firearms at home, the RNC and Quicken Loans Arena are putting tens of thousands of people at risk both inside and outside of the convention site. This doesn't even begin to factor in the possibility of an ISIS terrorist attack on the arena during the convention. Without the right to protect themselves, those at the Quicken Loans Arena will be sitting ducks, utterly helpless against evil-doers, criminals or others who wish to threaten the American way of life. All three remaining Republican candidates have spoken out on the issue and are unified in their opposition to Barack HUSSEIN Obama's "gun-free zones." Donald Trump said "I will get rid of gun-free zones on schools—you have—and on military bases on my first day. It gets signed my first day...you know what a gun-free zone is to a sicko? That's bait." (Jan. 8. 2016) Ted Cruz has accurately pointed out "shooting after shooting after shooting happens in so called gun-free zones." He continued, "look, if you're a lunatic ain't nothing better then having a bunch of targets you know that are going to be unarmed." (Dec. 4, 2015) And Ohio Governor John Kasich has been a leader in this movement to eliminate deadly "gun-free zones" starting with his brave decision to fight the Democrats and end "gun-free zones" at National Guard facilities in Ohio. (Dec. 18, 2015) We are all too familiar with the mass carnage that can occur when citizens are denied their basic God-given rights to carry handguns or assault weapons in public. EVERY AMERICAN HAS THE RIGHT TO PROTECT AND DEFEND THEIR FAMILY. With this irresponsible and hypocritical act of selecting a "gun-free zone" for the convention, the RNC has placed its members, delegates, candidates and all US citizens in grave danger. We must take a stand. We cannot allow the national nominating convention of the party of Lincoln and Reagan to be hijacked by weakness and political correctness. The policies of the Quicken Loans Arena do not supersede the rights given to us by our Creator in the U.S. Constitution. THEREFORE, WE ARE CALLING TODAY FOR THE FOLLOWING FIVE POINTS OF ACTION: 1. From the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland: A suspension of their policy preventing the open carry of firearms on the premises of the arena from July 18-21, 2016 to coincide with the Republican National Convention. 2. From the National Rifle Association: An immediate condemnation of the egregious affront to the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution constituted by the "gun-free zone" loophole to the state law. 3. From Ohio Governor John Kasich: A concerted effort to use his executive authority to override the "gun-free zone" loophole being exploited by the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. 4. From Reince Priebus and the Republican National Committee: An explanation of how a venue so unfriendly to Second Amendment rights was chosen for the Republican Convention. Further, we demand a contingency plan to relocate the convention to another location should the Quicken Loans Arena refuse to honor the constitutional rights of the RNC guests to open carry firearms during the convention. 5. From all Republican candidates for President: You have been brave in raising awareness about the immense dangers posed by "gun-free zones." In order to ensure the safety of your supporters, delegates and all attendees at the convention in July, you must call upon the RNC to rectify this affront to our Second Amendment freedoms and insist upon a suspension of the Quicken Loans Arena's unconstitutional "gun-free zone" loophole. Every American is endowed with a God-given Constitutional right to carry a gun wherever and whenever they please.
Petition to DOJ Loretta Lynch, Reince Priebus
We want an investigation to determine who threatened these guys.
Ted Cruz suspended his campaign and David French refused to run due to threats by people connected to Donald Trump's campaign. We want an investigation to confirm these reports and receive justice
Petition to Texas Voters
Anyone But Cruz for Senate in 2018 and President in 2020
The goal is to defeat Ted Cruz in his 2018 Senate re-election race, which has the benefit of undermining the run he wants to make for President in 2020 Voting against Ted Cruz is a position that almost all Texans, and all Americans, can unite behind. For Texans, this petition is for Republicans, independents and Democrats in Texas to express their intention to vote in the 2018 Texas Senate Republican primary, the potential primary runoff, and/or the general election for anyone but Ted Cruz. For all Americans, this petition is to express your support for our campaign to elect anyone but Ted Cruz for Senate in 2018 and to express your intention to vote for anyone but Cruz for any future national campaigns he might run. Ted Cruz is an embarrassment to the state of Texas and he does not represent the view or values of the vast majority of our great state's 27 million residents. His term in the Senate and his run for President have highlighted that he is in politics only for himself and definitely not in public office for Texans and Texas. He is completely ineffective in the Senate. He is literally hated by almost every other Senator, which makes getting anything done for Texas extremely difficult. Texas has real needs and real problems to solve but Ted Cruz focuses on manufactured controversies to elevate his standing among his extreme right-wing base of supporters, many of which are not Texans. He has cynically determined that the best way to make a name for himself is to always stake out positions that are further right than any other politician, putting him far out of the mainstrean. Beyond being an ideologue, Cruz is also a theocrat and advocates for positions that clearly cross the line of the separation of church and state Signing this petition will signal to those considering running for Senate in 2018 that they have the ability to beat Ted Cruz.
