Petition to The government and all U.K. MP's
Support Sarah Champion for stating a fact about the Muslim grooming epidemic in the U.K.
Reinstate Sarah Champion and recognise her bravery for saying what the majority of everyday people within the UK are thinking and worrying about. To resolve a problem we first must accept there actually is a problem. Sarah had the courage to try and highlight this problem enabling us to take that first step of acceptance which swiftly led to her forced resignation. Lets pull together and support the very few people that are willing to speak out on taboo subjects like this, because if we don't we will soon find no one will stand up for what's right and we will be forever consumed by this never ending political correctness.
Petition to Saddleworth Parish Council
Remove Convicted Sex Offender Mike Buckley From Public Office
Saddleworth Parish Councillor Mike Buckley has been sentenced by Judge Jonathan Foster at Manchester Crown Court for downloading indecent pictures of young boys to his computer after his home was raided by police in March 2014. His conviction includes attending 35 sessions, in the Internet Sexual Offenders Treatment Programme and he will be subject to supervision by the Probation Service for two years. In addition, he will be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for five years and will be on a strict curfew between 8am and 4pm for 28 days. However, Mr Buckley is refusing to resign from his elected post as Independent Councillor for Saddleworth, Saddleworth Civic Trust or as founder of the school protest group, Save Diggle Action Group (SDAG). We believe Mr Buckley should be removed from his roles on Saddleworth Parish Council, SDAG, Saddleworth Civic Trust and any other public group. His refusal to do so is both damaging and upsetting to all residents of Saddleworth. We are calling for the Chairman of Saddleworth Parish Council to force a vote of no confidence in Mr Buckley, and for Independent Councillor Mr Keith Lucas to publicly remove Mr Buckley from SDAG's School Campaign.
Petition to David Cameron MP
Strip Maria Miller of her £17,000 payoff
Maria Miller has resigned over her expenses - but she is eligible for a £17,000 payoff on leaving the cabinet! Taking that money would be an incredible slap in the face for everyone in Britain and would stoke people’s anger about politicians further. If Maria Miller won’t give up the money then David Cameron should take it away from her. She should be resigning as an MP and facing criminal investigation – not getting a golden parachute.
Petition to Maria Miller MP, Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport | Minister for Women and Equalities
Either pay back £45,000 in fraudulent expense claims or resign.
After a 14-month investigation, Kathryn Hudson, Parliament’s standards commissioner, said earlier this year that the Culture Secretary Maria Miller should hand back £45,000 in over-claimed allowances for a house in south-west London. However MPs on the Commons standards committee overruled the commissioner and said Mrs Miller would have to repay just £5,800 and apologise for her “attitude” during the inquiry. Maria Miller then subsequently gave a 32 second apology. This is an insult to taxpayers at a time when her Government are hitting the poorest hardest. We call for Maria Miller MP to either pay back the £45,000 fraudulent expense claims or resign.
