Petition to Harold H. Shaw

FBI called for in the Maura Murray Missing Person Case/Possible Homicide

Please listen to Fred Murray's interview with Christine James from WATD. This is WHY the FBI needs to TAKE OVER this case and get the answers.  'We The People' are asking for the FBI to take over the investigation into the Maura Murray Missing case that is surrounded by inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and what seems to be a lack of a proper investigation.    PLEASE check out the trailer for the upcoming documentary by the Texas Crew Production Team that will air Sept. 30th 2017 @ 9:00 pm on the Oxygen Network.    On February 9th 2004 Maura Murray's black 1996 Saturn SL2 was found disabled beside the road and the driver had vanished in the span of about 2 minutes. This occurred on Rte 112 in Haverhill NH around 7 pm at an area close to the Weathered Barn corner and was called into 9-1-1 at 7:27 by a witness (faith Westman) that lives on the corner and heard an acceleration and a thud. The Haverhill NH police determined the car spun out and hit a tree at the scene and Tim Westman is adamant that is what occurred as well, the Westman's DID NOT see the accident occur. Accident re-constructionist have since determined the Saturn did not hit any trees and that the damage was more than likely caused by a solid stationary object or a solid object at the same height as the damage on the Saturn and was consistent with that occurring. There was also a rag found stuffed into the tailpipe of the Saturn and was noticed by EMT personnel and the info was relayed to Sgt. Cecil Smith. The Officer then went to the 9-1-1 callers home and stated "Did you see the female, there was a rag stuffed in the tailpipe." WHY would he give out this info..? Law Enforcement has also pushed the suicide scenario as well as a walk away Drunk Driver from day one. WHY..? Witness statements of those passing by the scene have stated seeing an SUV cruiser with the #001 on it but this unit was not supposed to be on duty or involved in this incident at all. It has been stated by Haverhill PD that the #001 SUV was 'Out of Service' that evening and it is not possible the witness saw said SUV. The first officer officially on scene according the the dispatch log was #002 in a Sedan operated by Officer Cecil Smith. The BOL that evening was only put out to the incoming fire department unit which would have been coming from the West. There was no BOL put out to any other towns in the area especially to the East towards the Easton, Franconia, N. Woodstock and the Lincoln area. This is a concern because the route of travel for the Saturn was in the easterly direction towards these towns. On Tuesday February 10th 2004 a BOL was put out around noon and again this did not include any jurisdictions to the east. There are only a couple towns notified and these were all to the West. The search that evening consisted of talking to the 2 nearby 9-1-1 callers to get their info, other that that no other neighbors were talked to until 3 days later. Also the area to the EAST of the scene was NOT looked at until 72 hours later. The Saturn was traveling EAST when the car spun out and became disabled. We The People feel that Law Enforcement looked at this case in the wrong light and the so-called real investigation did not start til about one week later. We truly feel this investigation was handled improperly and since that evening things have only gotten much worse. There is much more to this case than meets the eye and the FBI is needed to bring answers to the case, closure to the Murray Family and Justice for all. We ask that once You sign this petition that You also write a sincere letter to the FBI requesting their involvement in the Mysterious case of Maura Murray that went missing... 13 1/2 years ago now. Please help this family put an end to the unanswered questions and let Fred Murray and loved ones have some final Peace and closure. FBI Boston One Center Plaza Suite 600 Boston, MA 02108 Phone: (617) 742-5533Fax: (617) 223-6327 E-mail: Special Agent in Charge: Harold H. Shaw Fred Murray, Maura's distraught father and his family has been trying for 11 1/2 years (now 13 1/2) to get the FBI inserted into this case. Mr. Murray now feels that the FBI needs to TAKE OVER the case and intensely look into the disappearance of his daughter Maura. Mr. Murray feels this is THE ONLY WAY TO SOLVE THE CASE. PLEASE help the Murray Family......You have the power to make a difference because 'WE ARE THE PEOPLE' and We have a voice. Thank You John E. Petition to Texas Rangers Company B

Bring PaPaw Home - Find Michael Chambers

*This petition is not affiliated with the Chambers Family, but is posted with their knowledge. All information that it contains is a compilation of public records, family and friends' first hand knowledge, and other sources that have been vetted and verified.  All information contained within has been given approval by the family for legitimacy and accuracy.  The information in this petition is a collaboration of several individuals from various walks of life and professions: DFD firefighter family members, Texas law enforcement family members, mortgage broker, teacher, oilfield service company owner, and others who have researched the facts listed below, and have been given nothing in exchange for their efforts.  It is open to interpretation as the reader sees fit.* We are asking for the Texas Rangers to take over the investigation into the disappearance of Michael Chambers. Michael Chambers, age 70 years old, and a retired Dallas firefighter, was last seen on Friday March 10, 2017. He went missing from Quinlan, Texas. Below are the facts regarding the disappearance of Michael Chambers: According to security footage, Mr. Chambers was last seen leaving his local Walmart in Quinlan at approximately 11:00am.  He was observed on camera making a purchase of mascara, allegedly at the request of his wife, Rebecca Lynn “Becca” Chambers, age 60.  Per the video footage at the Quinlan Walmart, Mr. Chambers performed his shopping alone, checked out at the cashier, proceeded to the parking lot, and left in his personal vehicle alone. At approximately 5:51pm, it is believed that Becca Chambers texted her husband saying that she was almost home.  Mrs. Chambers is a home health nurse who sees patients for home-bound care.  Her job takes her around the north Texas area on a daily basis.  She is believed to have arrived at their home, located in the 7000 block of FM 2101 in Quinlan, sometime around 6:15pm. Mrs. Chambers alleges to have arrived home from work, and found her husband gone.  His truck was parked at their house.  The workshop on the property was found locked with Mr. Chambers’ keys, and wallet inside.  Missing were his cell phone, and his Texas driver’s license. It is unconfirmed whether a small amount of cash was missing from his wallet. Mrs. Chambers claims to have observed several “quarter” sized blood droplets on the floor of the workshop where he housed his classic cars.  She stated to a family friend that she “thought it was transmission fluid.”  (Samples of the blood were collected, and DNA analysis later confirmed that the blood belonged to Mr. Chambers.) Mrs. Chambers called Suzy Losoya, daughter of Mr. Chambers, who told her to contact law enforcement.  Mrs. Chambers called 911 at approximately 6:55pm, and reported to dispatch that she was unable to find Mr. Chambers at their home. Mrs. Chambers then contacted family friend, Penny Edwards, and asked her to come over to the residence because Mr. Chambers was missing.  Ms. Edwards asked if the police had arrived, yet.  Mrs. Chambers told her that they had not.  Ms. Edwards advised her to call 911 again.  Mrs. Chambers called the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 7:45pm. Before police arrived, Mrs. Chambers made the comment to Ms. Edwards that she needs her to "be on my side." Hunt County Sheriff’s Office initially dispatched a single deputy.  Two others joined him after it was apparent that Mr. Chambers was in fact missing.  The deputies and neighbors searched the 10 acres of the Chambers property, but did not find any trace of Mr. Chambers. Mr. Chambers’ phone was last pinged near Lake Tawokoni shortly after he disappeared. On Wednesday, March 15, 2017, the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office searched a five-acre area near the Chambers’ property. They had the help of more than 75 volunteers. Despite the search, investigators found zero evidence of Chambers. On or around March 20, 2017, Rebecca Chambers cancelled/suspended the cell phone service for two of the lines on the Chambers’ family account with Verizon.  She dropped the phone numbers, and turned off the service that belonged to her husband’s phone, and to her son’s phone, leaving only her phone service active. Mrs. Chambers sold Mr. Chambers’ personal pickup truck soon after his disappearance. It is unknown if Mr. Chambers’ vehicle financing included a credit life option which would have paid off the truck in the event of his death.  On June 28, 2017, the Texas Department of Transportation issued a new title on the 2014 Dodge Ram truck that had belonged to Mr. Chambers.  Rather than the new owner’s name, the title listed “Michael Chambers Rebecca Lynn Chambers” as the vehicle owner.  There was no lien holder listed on the new title. On April 20, 2017, the Hunt County District Clerk received the following filings: a)       Application for Probate of Will and Issuance of Letters of Testamentary b)      Citation by Posting c)       Order Appointing Attorney Ad Litem Then, on June 6, 2017, the Hunt County District Clerk received the following filings: a)       Order Admitting Will to Probate; Authorizing Letters of Testamentary Signed b)      Proof of Death and Other Facts c)       Letters of Testamentary Issued d)      Original Last Will and Testament of Michael Glenn Chambers e)      Court-Ordered Delayed Certificate of Death Signed; mailed to the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Austin, Texas. According to the Will filed, Mrs. Chambers is the sole heir to Mr. Chambers’ property at this time.  Per the proceedings, Mrs. Chambers is required to deposit 50% of any proceeds she receives as a result of all community property assets sold into an escrow account to be left for a period of not less than 3 years.  Any assets that are not community property, Mrs. Chambers is allowed to keep 100% of the proceeds.  A Notice to Creditors on Mr. Chambers apparent death was published in area newspapers on June 26, 2017.  Also, on June 26, 2017, the Hunt County District Clerk received an Inventory, Appraisement, and List of Claims from Mrs. Chambers.  (Many items appear to be undervalued in this Appraisement compared to the current market values.) On June 8, 2017, Texas EquuSearch conducted a ground search in the area of the 7000 block of FM 2101 in Quinlan.  Although the search was thorough, no sign of Michael Chambers was found. Mrs. Chambers obtained a Protective Order against her son, Justin Chambers, through the Hunt County District Court system on July 13, 2017.  The exact reason is unknown.  The Protective Order is in place for the next two years. During a birthday party celebration on June 27th, Mrs. Chambers was at the home of family friend, Penny Edwards.  She stated to Ms. Edwards that Mr. Chambers “was not coming back.” Ms. Edwards claims that Becca Chambers was stoic and adamant about her statement. A red 1966 Mustang red convertible was sold to an out of state buyer on July 7, 2017. Mr. Chambers had given it to his wife as a gift the end of 2016.  The vehicle was in the name of a Chambers family member.  Mrs. Chambers expressed financial hardship soon after Michael’s disappearance.  After a family discussion, it was decided that Mrs. Chambers would sell the 1966 Mustang that Mr. Chambers had given her the previous November.  The other alternative was for Mrs. Chambers to file for a Death Certificate through the court system, and probate Mr. Chambers’ Will.  The family was only made aware of the Death Certificate filing when Suzy Losoya, Mr. Chambers’ daughter, received a call from one of his former Dallas Fire Department coworkers asking about Chambers being deceased.  When the Death Certificate was filed, the Dallas Fire Department pension board was notified.  Until that time, the family had no idea that Mrs. Chambers had filed for the Death Certificate.  They were under the impression that selling the Mustang was the route that she was going to take. In the days previous to July 14, 2017, a local resident, Bradley Marion Dunn, made claims on social media that he had information on where Mr. Chambers was located at.  Chambers family members spoke with Mr. Dunn during this time. He was encouraged to contact the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office. On the day of July 14th, Bradley Dunn met with deputies from the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office at a location near the intersection of Farm to Market Road 2101 and Rancho Road in Quinlan.  Mr. Dunn, a career criminal, was said to be jittery and under the influence of some type of mind altering substance.  Mr. Dunn was arrested on scene by Hunt County Sheriff’s Office for having a handgun on his person.  He was booked into the Hunt County Detention Center.  He was also charged with a Motion to Revoke Probation.  Mr. Dunn is now currently in the custody of the Hunt County Detention Center, awaiting disposition of his charges. The afternoon of August 25, 2017, law enforcement retrieved swabs from the floor of Mr. Chambers’ shop for control sample analysis processing at an independent lab.  The results have not yet come back. A realtor was observed taking photographs of the Chambers home on August 26th.  The home is presumed to be on the market for sale. Several searches for Mr. Chambers have been held since his disappearance.  The Texas Department of Public Safety conducted an aerial helicopter search of the Chambers property and surrounding areas.  Also, dogs were brought in from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in Bonham.  The dogs picked up Mr. Chambers’ scent, and trailed it to the roadway, but were unable to follow it any farther.  In addition, a sonar search was used on the pond across the road from the Chambers house, and also at Lake Tawakoni by TEQ. At least two male subjects who are acquaintances of Mrs. Chambers have been questioned by area law enforcement. The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office has only responded to phone calls or emails from Mr. Chambers’ family sparingly.  Despite numerous inquiries by family members, the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office has failed to request the iMessages for Mr. Chambers’ phone account from Apple. The call logs were previously given to HCSO by the family soon after Chambers’ disappearance. HCSO is refusing to deem the case as criminal, saying that no criminal acts have been committed. A private investigator was hired by the Chambers children soon after he went missing. Michael Chambers is 6′ 3″ tall, weighs 225 pounds, and is balding with grey hair. He typically wears a Dallas Fire Rescue t-shirt and baseball hat. Michael has a small scar on his upper lip from a prior auto accident. He also has surgical scars on his right knee and both shoulders. Mr. Chambers has no known health or mental issues.
