Demand Justice for Innocent Ukrainian Refugee Family held In Jail!

Innocent Christian Refugee Family from Ukraine is being held in Jail – With False Criminal Accusations! Demand Justice Now!  #SaveMakarenkoFamily Dear Friends, I am Christina, a close Family Friend of the Makarenko Family. Together with Vitalii, another close Family Friend, we try to raise awareness of this urgent case of three innocent Family members being wrongly held in jail with false accusations! A few days ago, the Makarenko Family – including Mother, Father and Son were arrested in their home and taken into jail, where they are currently held. No arrest warrant or evidence were provided from the police. Two older brothers and a younger sister are being left behind with the help us. The three arrested family members – Mother, Father and Son are being falsely accused of severe crimes with multiple charges against them! These could result in a life-in-prison-sentence in the United States for every accused family member or Deportation back to Ukraine - where an excruciating war is happening right now.  The news were extremely unexpected and overwhelmed us all! They came out of nowhere and have no ground whatsoever! The family is shocked and doesn't understand what is happening and where these accusations come from. The accusations are completely false and need to be defeated and ultimately dismissed! We know that the FAMILY IS INNOCENT, but we need to make our voices heard to have this case entirely dismissed. In efforts to save the family, we found a criminal lawyer who agreed to work with us. Due to the complexity of this case, multiple severe charges against them, and three family members in custody, we need to raise enough funds to enable the lawyers ongoing work. The Lawyer’s legal defence is crucial right now and the only way to get the family out of jail as soon as possible. For our Donation link (DonorBox) and more information, please just send me a message. Please, we ask you to help us in this fight for Justice! Every day that passes with the family being held in custody -  greater personal, financial and emotional damage is being weighted onto all members of the family and all involved parties. We need to find a way out of this.  Every single signature will be appreciated and will directly support the Family's Defence in Court! Help us spread the word and raise awareness on this matter! Share with Family and Friends, with Colleagues, on your social media and other media outlets.  We greatly appreciate your consideration and are beyond thankful for any support, for your thoughts and prayers. We believe in Justice! We believe in the Truth! We believe that good and caring people are out there who are able and willing to help! The Truth will always win.  May God be with us and protect us all. - Christina and Vitalii    ---------------------Family Background: The Makarenko Family came to the USA as Refugees from Ukraine six years ago as a Family of six - Mother, Father, three sons and a younger daughter. As a hard-working family, they have established multiple successful family businesses, with which they have built a high and trustworthy reputation in Florida and all over the country. During their time in the States, they have never been accused of any criminal charge and never had any issue with the legal system. They are a Christian Family, Believers in God, members of the Church and get together on the weekends to pray in their family circle and community. With close relatives still living in Ukraine, we pray for everyone in the US and Europe every day in these unbelievably hard times. But we know that we can get through this. The Family always helped neighbours and others in need and gained many friends throughout the time. Now, they need your help!Help us save the future of an Innocent Christian Refugee Family from Ukraine! If any more questions, please feel free to contact us! We want to be as transparent as possible.  Together we’ll find a way out of this!

Petition to Sussex County Commonwealth Attorney, Governor of Virginia, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia

Terrence Richardson and Ferrone Claiborne have been wrongfully incarcerated for 20+ years

The Story of  #NotGuiltyServingLife · On the morning of April 25, 1998, at roughly 11:00 AM, Officer Gibson was shot in the abdomen in the woods behind the Waverly Village apartment complex in Waverly, Virginia. · Before he died, Officer Gibson gave distinct descriptions of his assailants, specifically that “one of them had dreadlocks” · Two witnesses were immediately known to police; a 10-year-old girl who was playing nearby with her 5-year-old cousin and a 15-year-old girl who called 911 after hearing the gunshot. · One of the two witnesses gave a written statement describing a man with “dreadlocks running from the scene” and identified a person in a lineup that WAS NOT Terrence and Ferrone. · Terrence was 27 years old at the time of the shooting, is short in stature with a slender build and closely cropped cornrows, braided towards the back of his head. Ferrone was 22 years old at the time of the shooting, tall, with a slender build and a bald haircut. Clearly, neither Terrence nor Ferrone matched the description of either assailant as described by Officer Gibson. · Despite the detailed description of the suspects given by Officer Gibson, Investigators undertook what can only be described as a round-up of many young black men in the area. · Black males in Waverly, Virginia were gathered and interrogated until they provided the Investigators with any random name or submitted to a lie detector test. · It is still unclear why Investigators chose to ignore the witness identification, but on April 26, 1998, Terrence was arrested and charged with the capital murder of Officer Gibson. Two days later, on April 28, 1998, Ferrone was also arrested and charged with the capital murder of Officer Gibson. · In what can only be described as unheard of, both Terrence and Ferrone, two black men accused of killing a white police officer in the line of duty, were granted bail, and would later bond out of jail. · Initially, Terrence and Ferrone pled not guilty to the charges lodged against them, but on December 8, 1999, in fear of the death penalty and at the urgency of inadequate Attorney’s, they accepted unprecedented plea deals for anyone suspected of killing a police officer. · Both men made it clear on record that they maintained their innocence, but accepted plea deals in fear of being put to death. Terrence pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter and Ferrone pled guilty to accessory after the fact of involuntary manslaughter. · On March 8, 2000. Terrence was sentenced to ten years in the state penitentiary with five years suspended, to be followed by two years on probation. Ferrone was sentenced to 12 months in custody, which equated to time served and he was released. · Both men thought their nightmare journey was over, until less than a year later when they were indicted by the FBI for the same murder of Officer Gibson, as well as several fabricated drug charges. · Terrence and Ferrone were charged with selling hundreds of Kilos of cocaine; yet, there were no drugs, proceeds from drugs, proof of drug deals, fancy cars, jewelry, drug paraphernalia, absolutely nothing to support these charges besides testimony from several drug dealers who testified in exchange for their own freedom.   · The Jury found Terrence and Ferrone not guilty of the murder of Officer Gibson, but based solely on the testimony of witnesses, they found them guilty of one drug count. · The drug conviction would have resulted in a maximum penalty of 20 years. However, the Court enhanced the sentence of Terrence and Ferrone to Life in prison based in large part to the state court guilty pleas. · The Court relied on the decision in United States v. Watts, 519 U.S. 148, 156 (1997), which permits the Court to make a finding of guilt by a preponderance of the evidence, even if found not guilty. Life After Justice (LAJ) a 501c(3) public charity(tax ID #01064823) that litigates, advocates and provides mental health support to men and women wrongfully convicted; brings this petition on behalf of Terrence and Ferrone’s fight for justice. Terrence and Ferrone have adamantly maintained their innocence since day one. We need 1 Million signatures to urge the Sussex County Commonwealth Attorney, Governor of Virginia and United States Attorney to do the following: 1.   Withdraw the State Court guilty pleas, and/or 2.   Grant Clemency, and/or 3.   Exonerate Terrence and Ferrone. The Court of Law has failed them, so The Court of Public Outcry must save them!

Petition to Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick, Barry Scheck, Peter Neufeld, Ted Cruz, Kim Kardashian, Texas State House

On July 4,2013 a family was torn in two. On the afternoon of that day all of my family, intermediate and extended, gathered at Castroville Park to have a barbecue and enjoy the holiday, after hours at the park we all went to my grandmothers house to finish off the day popping fireworks. Unfortunately, that's not how our night would end. Soon after we began to pop fireworks Eugene and Johnny Sanchez (who are also my cousins) and two of their friends showed up with weapons trying to fight my uncle Billy Ray Monreal. As they all began to fight my uncle other members of my family came to help Billy and also started fighting, then out of nowhere my aunts boyfriend, Edward Hernandez-Morales came and yelled, "Stop or I'll shoot!" He then shot both Eugene and Johnny, killing Eugene and injuring Johnny. The cops were immediately called and while they were there investigating Mikey Monreal, Johnny and Eugene's brother, went to my grandmas house trying to fight Billy Monreal and was also yelling telling the cops that Billy was the shooter. Despite having over fifteen witness willing to testify that  Edward Hernandez-Morales was in fact the shooter and an audio of Johnny Sanchez himself saying that it was NOT Billy, Texas Rangers still arrested Billy Monreal and charged him with capitol murder. This was a great loss and shock considering that they didn't even look into Edward. This man at the time was under investigation for shooting another one of my family members just weeks prior to this incident. As of current he has also shot multiple people in both Medina and Bexar County. This in itself shows that the Texas Rangers did not do a proper investigation and pinned this crime on an innocent man who is now serving 40 years in prison away from his son and family. By creating this petition we hope to catch the attention of the Supreme Court, the District Attorney's Office of Medina County, and anyone who can help. If any money is donated we are going to use it for court expenses such as a lawyer and PI. Please help us get to our goal of 10,000 signatures!

Petition to Florida State Senate, Debbie Wasserman Schultz

State of Florida: Enact New Zachary Roth Law

In the state of Florida when a driver causes an accident with a motorcyclist creating a fatality, they just receive a citation.  I am petitioning the courts, counties, and the Governor’s office to create a law that makes a person accountable for their actions. Whether it's taking their license away for a year or so, to probation,  making them take courses to be a better driver, giving them fines,  just make them accountable for their action besides a slap on the wrist with a citation. October 21st, 2021, my son Zachary Caleb Roth, 27 was killed by a driver who cut him off as the man made a left turn in front of him. The driver, before making the left-hand turn, had applied his brakes, and then proceeded to make the turn in front of him. My son did not have the time or ability to make a stop. This 68-year-old man cut my son off as my son was riding to his father house. He never made it to his dad's house that night. This 68-year-old was on his way back to his job at Westshore pizza after making his pizza delivery run. He wanted to tell his coworkers bye for the night.  The man stated to officers that night that my son did not have his headlight on. While watching the video, it shows my son with his headlights on.  The impact was so hard you could see the car move and shake from the impact, and my son was thrown over 330 feet. That is no accident, just a careless driver!  This man has no remorse for another human. In January this man filed against my insurance to pay for his car.  My insurance denied the claim. I have a copy of the video. I want this petition to make it the congressman, senator. I want a bill, a law enacted for those at fault and justice for the victim.
