Justice For Jeepers Creepers 3

World Premiere of “Jeepers Creepers 3” Shut Down by Threats of Protest. For a summary of writer/director Victor Salva’s criminal past and why many horror fans are choosing to boycott Jeepers Creepers 3. We are also including a link to a statement from Nathan Forrest Winters, Salva’s abuse survivor. We do NOT support everyone who chooses to boycott this film and we WILL continue to bring JCP fans together on supporting this petition so we can see the film this year.   We had previously promoted an advanced screening of Jeepers Creepers 3 to be held in Los Angeles on September 13th. This event sold out in a matter of days and stars from all 3 Jeepers Creepers movies were slated to attend. Fans and industry insiders from all over the world, not to mention out of state cast members, had all booked travel and hotel rooms in order to attend.   Promoter/Organizer Kory Davis gave a news conference this afternoon to break the sad news, where he was able to elaborate on the circumstances that turned what could have been a historic event into an epic disappointment. I'd previously spoken to Davis at several steps during the planning stages, and he’s done everything humanly possible to make this event a success. I want to make it 100% clear: This is not Davis’ fault; over the years he’s produced many successful screenings throughout Los Angeles, including an incredible double-feature of Bride of Chucky and Seed of Chucky last month. These truly are circumstances beyond his control. The event was legitimate and was intended to be the world premiere of Jeepers Creepers 3. The decision to cancel was made by the TCL Chinese Theater after they received threats of protest. They were contacted by individuals who promised not only to protest the event on 9/13 but to protest out front of the theaters every day between now and then. The theater has a sterling reputation in Los Angeles, and aren’t willing to risk their name. Despite the mess and heartache, this has caused among many parties involved, Davis supports the Chinese Theater’s decision completely. Jeepers Creepers 3 will be released nationwide on 1 night only, September 26th.

Petition to The Weinstein Company, Lionsgate, Universal, Paramount, Warner Bros and New Line Cinema, SONY, Rogue, Relativity Media, Starz, Full Moon, Trancas International Films

Lionsgate, Sony, Paramount, New Line, Weinstein, Relativity and Rogue, Universal, and Full Moon: Make a rights-sharing deal involving your horror franchises and the planned TV series based on the "Hack/Slash" comics

If the rights to further entries in the horror franchises "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", "Halloween", "Friday The 13th", "A Nightmare On Elm Street", "Evil Dead", "Re-Animator", "My Bloody Valentine", "Silent Night, Deadly Night", "Child's Play(Chucky)", "Leprechaun", "Hellraiser", "Phantasm", "Pumpkinhead", "Wishmaster", "Warlock", "Candyman", "Maniac Cop", "Annabelle"/"The Conjuring", "Jeepers Creepers", "Hatchet", "Trick 'R Treat", and "Krampus", the rights to further entries in the "Darkman" franchise, the rights to further entries in Full Moon's "Puppet Master" and "Demonic Toys, Dollman, & Bad Channels" horror franchises, and the rights to the planned "Hack/Slash" TV series can be shared by Lionsgate and Starz, Sony, Vortex, Trancas, Paramount, Warner Bros and New Line, Weinstein, Relativity and Rogue, Universal, American Zoetrope, ArieScope and Dark Sky, and Full Moon, then there can be a "Hack/Slash" TV series, in addition to more entries in the previously mentioned franchises and epic crossover events. Note: The timeline of the universe in which these take place should contain the events of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"[1974], "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2", "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3: Leatherface", "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4: The Next Generation", and the prequel to "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"[1974] titled "Leatherface", "Halloween"[1978], "Halloween 2"[1981], "Halloween 3: Season of The Witch", "Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers", a remake of "Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers", a remake of "Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers", "Halloween: H20", and "Halloween: Resurrection", the original "Friday The 13th"(excluding "Jason X") and "A Nightmare On Elm Street" film series, "Friday The 13th: The Series", the "Re-Animator" film series, "My Bloody Valentine"[1981], the "Silent Night, Deadly Night" film series, the "Child's Play(Chucky)" film series, the original "Leprechaun" film series, the 1st-5th "Hellraiser" films, the Director's Cut of "Nightbreed", the "Phantasm" film series, the "Wishmaster" film series, the "Warlock" film series, the "Candyman" film series, the "Maniac Cop" film series, the "Darkman" film series, the "Annabelle"/"The Conjuring" film series, the "Jeepers Creepers" film series, the "Hatchet" film series, "Trick 'R Treat", "Krampus", and the "Puppet Master" film series and the "Demonic Toys, Dollman, & Bad Channels" film series. I realize that in "Halloween 3: Season of The Witch", an ad for "Halloween"[1978] is shown on TV, as is the film itself, but the in-universe explanation for that can be that the film that is advertised & shown on TV is based on the infamous events that took place in Haddonfield,Illinois on the night of Halloween in 1978, and that said film was released in 1980. The next "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" film should be "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 5", it should pick up shortly after the events of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4: The Next Generation", it should be at least 2 hours & 14 minutes long(without counting the credits), and it should answer all of the unanswered questions relating to the first 4 films, including those about the Sawyer family's connection to the Illuminati, how Leatherface was resurrected after his death at the end of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2", and why Sally Hardesty's death was faked, and it should be revealed that Chop Top(played by Bill Moseley, with CGI being used to make him appear as old as Chop Top would be in 1995), Nubbins, Drayton, and Vilmer were resurrected. Among Leatherface's mask collection, the masks he wore in the first 4 films and the masks worn by his counterpart from the universe of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"[2003] and "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning" should be included, and Leatherface should use the Killer Masks that he wore in the first 4 films and the Pretty Lady Mask that he wore in the first film. For this universe, new versions of Leatherface's family members that were created for the universe of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"[2003] and "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning" should be created. The film's tone should be a perfect blend of the tone of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"[1974] and the tone of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2". Sally Hardesty, Vanita 'Stretch' Brock, Boude 'Lefty' Enright(who gets resurrected), Michelle and Benny, and Jenny should be in the film. Leatherface should do the chainsaw dances that he did in "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"[1974] and "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2". The song "No One Lives Forever"(performed by Oingo Boingo) should be played in the background during the end credits. The original stories created for "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" comic books should be used for future films. There should be a film titled "Jason VS Leatherface" that's loosely based on the comic book miniseries of the same name, takes place shortly after the events of "Freddy VS Jason", is at least 2 hours & 14 minutes long(without counting the credits), and is directed by Ronny Yu. The remake of "Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers" should improve upon the flaws of the original, including having the design of Michael Myers's mask be the same as it was in "Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers", having the correct design for the Myers House, not killing off Rachel Caruthers, and improving on the character Tina. The remake of "Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers" should have the best elements of the theatrical cut and the Producer's Cut of the original, and should have the correct design for the Myers House. There should be an animated short film that follows Laurie Strode over the course of the 20 years between the events of the first 2 "Halloween" films and "Halloween: H20", and has an explanation of why Laurie & Mr Lloyd took their 6-year-old son, John, but not their 7-year-old daughter, Jamie, when they faked their deaths and left Haddonfield to go into hiding during the November of 1987. There should be an animated short film that covers the 1-year gap between the events of "Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers" and the remake of "Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers". There should be an animated short film that covers the 5-year gap between the events of the remake of "Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers" and the remake of "Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers". There should be an animated short film that covers the 3-year gap between the events of the remake of "Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers" and "Halloween: H20", follows Michael Myers and Samuel Loomis & Marion Chambers, and ends with the opening scene of "Halloween: H20", but from Michael Myers's perspective. There should be an animated short film that covers the 3-year gap between the events of "Halloween: H20" and "Halloween: Resurrection", and follows Michael Myers and Laurie Strode. There should be an animated short film that shows 6-year-old Michael Myers's life as a normal little kid in the hours before he got the Curse of Thorn while he and 2-year-old Laurie were being babysat by Minnie Blankenship on the night of Halloween in 1963, and it should end with Michael walking towards and then standing in front of the Myers House, with the chant from the beginning of "Halloween"[1978] being heard in the background as Michael is standing in front of the house, followed by the screen going to black. There should be an animated short film that follows Michael Myers and Samuel Loomis over the course of the 15 years between 10-31-1963 and 10-30-1978, and it should show Michael's escape from Smith's Grove Sanitarium, as well as what Michael and Samuel were doing afterwards up until the point where Laurie Strode dropped off the keys to the Myers House at the Myers House for her adoptive father, Morgan Strode. The scenes in this short film that involve Michael should be done in a 1st-person-perspective, with everything being seen from Michael's point-of-view. The next "Halloween" project should be a TV miniseries(which should be aired on the Starz TV channel), instead of a film. In the TV miniseries, the mask that Michael Myers obtains should look just like the one he wore on Halloween in 1978, it should be revealed that the Cult of Thorn and Conal Cochran are connected, and it should be revealed that even the highest members of the Cult of Thorn don't know everything about the supernatural power that someone who has the Curse of Thorn has, and that they know very little about the gods that they serve. It should be revealed that every chosen bearer of the Curse of Thorn is propheciesed in advance(sometimes well in advance), and that each prophecy that emerges has limited information about the future bearer of the Curse of Thorn that it pertains to, such as where they will be living at the time that they get the curse and future places that they will end up being at. Michael Myers was propheciesed well in advance, which allowed for 2 members of the cult, Minnie Blankenship and Terence Wynn, to be planted as a neighbor of Michael and the head of Smith's Grove Sanitarium respectively. For the TV miniseries's intro, inspiration should be taken from the intro of the MCU TV series "Daredevil" and the biblically-inspired poster for that TV series's 2nd season(a poster like which should be done for this TV miniseries), and it should involve the inside of a jack-o'-lantern. During the TV miniseries's intro, the version of the "Halloween" theme that John Carpenter did for "Halloween"[1978] should be played in the background. In the TV miniseries, Tommy Doyle, Steven Lloyd, Danny Strode, & Kara Strode should meet & team-up with John Tate and Daniel Challis. The theme from "Halloween 3: Season of The Witch" should be used in the TV miniseries, as should the various versions of the famous "Halloween" tracks, except for the versions created for the Rob Zombie films. Michael Myers should be played by Lito Velasco, Jason Voorhees and Victor Crowley should be played by Kane Hodder, Freddy Krueger should be played by Robert Englund, the Leprechaun should be played by Warwick Davis, Herbert West should be played by Jeffrey Combs, and Candyman should be voiced by Tony Todd. The stories from the "Evil Dead" comic books(including the crossovers with other horror icons) and video games(the music scores of which should be used) should be adapted for the TV series "Ash VS Evil Dead". The planned "Hack/Slash" TV series should be aired on the Starz TV channel alongside "Ash VS Evil Dead". The next "Friday The 13th" film should be a prequel to "Friday The 13th"[1980] that's at least 2 hours & 14 minutes long(without counting the credits), and among the many things that should be revealed in it, including the story behind the Voorhees Dagger(which is a Kandarian Dagger), one of them should be that the Necronomicon that was seen in the Voorhees House in "Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday" was discovered by Pamela Voorhees, who used it to resurrect Jason and un-decay his body after he drowned in Crystal Lake. But, unknown to Pamela, the spell that she used also gave Jason the ability to teleport short distances, gave Jason a limited superhuman healing factor, gave Jason a homing ability that would allow him to always find his way back home, and made it so that if Jason's body was ever blown up, Jason's soul would go into Jason's heart, Jason would be able to possess someone else's body by mind-controlling them to make them eat Jason's heart, and Jason's heart would be able to turn into a serpent-like demon body, hence how Jason was fine in "Friday The 13th 3" after his shoulder was injured in "Friday The 13th 2", how Jason survived being axed in the head and being hung in "Friday The 13th 3", how Jason didn't have a limp in "Friday The 13th 4: The Final Chapter" after he was stabbed in the leg in "Friday The 13th 3", and what happened in "Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday". After Jason's resurrection and the un-decaying of his body via the Necronomicon, Pamela, wanting to keep Jason's resurrection a secret, built a shack for Jason to live in in the woods, showed him how to hunt in order to provide food for himself, and told him that she would visit him often and that he shouldn't ever leave the woods, except to come see her in emergency situations. The film should show the police interviews with Pamela Voorhees that were depicted through the Pamela Tapes in "Friday The 13th: The Game", as well as the killings that Pamela did before 1979, and Pamela messing with the water of Crystal Lake. At the end of the film, Jason should see Pamela being beheaded by Alice Hardy, and after Alice falls asleep in the boat, Jason should go over to Pamela's body and pick up her head, her sweater, her pants, and the machete that Alice used to kill her, and then, Jason should run off with these objects after hearing the police car sirens. For any time that flashbacks to "Friday The 13th 4: The Final Chapter" that involve Jason's hockey mask, Jason's skin tone, and/or Jason's face are used, Jason's hockey mask should be altered to look like it did in "Friday The 13th 3", Jason's skin tone should be corrected, and Jason's face design should be swapped with Jason's face design from the end of "Friday The 13th 3". For any time that flashbacks to "Friday The 13th 6: Jason Lives" that involve Jason are used, Jason's hockey mask should be altered to look like it did in "Friday The 13th 7: The New Blood". For any time that flashbacks to "Halloween 2"[1981] that involve Michael Myers are used, Michael's mask should be altered to look like it did in "Halloween"[1978]. TV miniseries should be aired on the Starz TV channel that are based on the comic book miniseries titled "Freddy VS Jason VS Ash" and "Freddy VS Jason VS Ash 2: The Nightmare Warriors". A song performed by Dokken and Alice Cooper titled "Nightmare Warriors" should be made for the "Freddy VS Jason VS Ash 2: The Nightmare Warriors" TV miniseries. The "Friday The 13th" and "A Nightmare On Elm Street" comic books that have original stories should be adapted via films. There should be a "Child's Play(Chucky)" & "Silent Night, Deadly Night" crossover film titled "Silent Night, Chucky Night". There should be a "Child's Play(Chucky)", "Puppet Master", & "Demonic Toys" crossover film titled "Chucky VS Toulon's Puppets VS Demonic Toys". "Evil Dead"[2013] should be re-titled "Evil Dead: The Next Generation" because that title makes more sense, and so that people who are not die-hard fans of the "Evil Dead" franchise will know that it is not a full-on reboot but another entry in the existing continuity. The "Puppet Master" comic books by Action Lab should be adapted via a TV series, which should be aired on the Starz TV channel. The comic book titled "Trick 'R Treat: Days of The Dead" should be turned into a film. The comic book titled "Krampus: Shadow of Saint Nicholas" should be turned into a film. The video game titled "Dead By Daylight" should be turned into a TV series, which should be aired on the Starz TV channel. Years from now, there should be a 1-season-long TV series, which should be aired on the Starz TV channel, in which the Entity from "Dead By Daylight" brings all the villain characters of these franchises together and forces them to fight each other in "Mortal Kombat"-style battles, and the surviving hero characters of these franchises are brought into the situation by the Entity. The surviving hero characters should somehow acquire a mystical artifact that they are able to use to summon the dead hero characters of these franchises to help them deal with the situation. Whenever one of the villain characters is killed or defeated in a battle, the Entity should rejuvenate them so that they can battle against another opponent. The various "Mortal Kombat"-style battles should lead up to a grand final battle, in which the Entity pits all of the villain characters against each other at once. Eventually, there should be a TV miniseries remake of "Jason X", which should be aired on the Starz TV channel, that has the best elements of the "Jason X" film and is an expansion on & partial re-imagining of the film's story.
