Petition to Donald J. Trump, Donald J. Trump, United States Postal Service, John McCain, Arizona State Senate, Donald Trump, U.S. House of Representatives, Rand Paul, U.S. Senate
Mail carriers are battling the sweltering heat in the summers and are constantly being pushed and demands are high. Parcel volume is at a high level because of the convenience of online shopping, which of course is good for business.
However, the Arizona summers get to be 120 degrees and the LLV's get about 20 degrees hotter than that. It is illegal to leave a child or an animal in a vehicle in these conditions, shouldn't the same be applied to us? I know I don't even have a place to cool down on my lunch break.
The new fleet replacement is supposed to occur at the end of the year so it would be great if the hottest climate areas be replaced first since this may take a few years to be completed.
Petition to The Sun
I think it is time we set fire to the sun. We have suffered too long from unwanted sunburns and unflattering tan lines. We must fire the sun!
Petition to Joe Gothard
21 of 69 schools in Saint Paul have AC for kids & teachers.
Temperatures in Minnesota are far from normal. During spring summer and even fall, temperatures can easily get above 85° and intense humidity for several days and even weeks out of the school year. It deeply saddens me that the majority of schools in Saint Paul do not have any type of air conditioning besides fans.
I have received notices from my children’s school saying that the classroom has reached 80° Or above, there has also been some days other schools have even canceled due to the heat in the past. Not only is it affecting the children’s learning but it is also can be affecting their health. The lack of air conditioning should be a concern for Saint Paul.
As a parent of a six and seven-year-old my heart breaks when I am at work in air-conditioning and I think about my kids, at school without air-conditioning. I want the state to do something about it so I have started a petition!
If you care about our kids as well as the teachers, and want them to have a healthy and comfortable environment at school please sign my petition!

This petition asks for the mayor and city council of Rancho Cucamonga to consider adding shade structures to our current parks/playgrounds.We have many beautiful and well-equipped parks in Rancho Cucamonga but they are empty most of the time (except for before 10am or after 6pm during hot summer days and summer in Rancho Cucamonga is long!) Because the play equipment in our playgrounds is made from metal and this makes it impossible for children to play on the equipment without burning their hands and legs. And also, the rubber on the playgrounds also heats up and children can suffer serious burns on their feet.
Having shade structures or similar over all the play areas will provide much needed relief from the burning sun and allow children to play in comfort and safety.
We are proud to be recognized as a Playful City USA and adding the shade structures will be a great opportunity to encourage the children to play outdoor and bring our community closer together.
