Remove Katie Hopkins from Twitter
Unbelievably, Katie Hopkins has been given a platform to insult, abuse and cause outrage for far too long. Attacking victims of Child Sex Exploitation is possibly the most disgusting act that any human can do. Does she have no boundaries? The scary thing is, this could happen to her own children right under her nose - being as self obsessed as she Is, how would she see the signs? I think it's about time Twitter took action and removed her from their platform, just as Facebook have done with Britain First. Freedom of speech is something I believe in. Freedom of hate speech isn't, I'm sure many people feel the same way. Katie Hopkins' sick remark on Twitter.
Petition to UK Parliament
Make racist hate crimes a prisonable offence
This is a not a new problem. It’s been going on for centuries, all over the world and quite frankly I’m tired, so I can’t imagine how people subjected to these racist remarks and abuse feel. Although racist hate crimes are classed as illegal people are rarely prosecuted and imprisoned for it. With a rise in viral videos depicting racist attacks all over the UK I think it is time we collectively took a stand and got the government and police to start punishing these criminals accordingly. And now with every social media platform you could think of at our finger tips it has created an avenue for once closet racists to now openly spew an unbelievable amount of hateful, racist comments left right and centre. I do believe it’s also down to big corporate companies like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to take a stand and police their apps more efficiently and report their findings to the police, rather than simply deleting accounts, thus sweeping this ongoing issue under the rug once more. Please take a stand with me to put pressure on the government to make sure racist hate crimes are taken more seriously and that these criminals are convicted and punished duly.
Petition to Embassy of Ireland, Charles Flanagan, Irish Catholic Bishops Conference, Charity Regulator
Ban Fr. Dominic Valamnal entry to Ireland.
The petition is to make a formal request for seeking an exclusion order from the Justice Minister of Ireland to ban Fr. Dominic Valamanal from entering Ireland under the Immigration Act 1999. Fr.Dominic has earlier preached against differently abled children and their families, specifically living in Ireland. His preaching has created wide spread opposition in social media. He verbally abused autistic kids and compared their parents to wild animals having no intelligence but just living for sex, alcohol and reproduction. He blamed their parents by calling them sinful people who do not belong to Christian Society and extended this accusation to the youth. He did not stop there, but continued the abuse by citing gays and lesbians unnatural and cursed people and that they should be excluded from the society. Our society is worried about these type of so called "preaching" by this person. This, certainly is not what our community believes in nor does a developed country like Ireland. These type of hate speeches are not something that belongs to a modern Irish community and we do not encourage these type of hate filled, unscientific, irrational notions to be propagated in the country. We, as a community are strongly against any attempt that could ruin the moral and scientific framework of the society and we discourage any attempt made by people like this person who could potentially be a threat to the development and integration of our children in the local society and also their future in this country. Syro Malabar Catholic Church Ireland, Registered Charity Number (RCN): 20201956 Syro Malabar Chaplains, St. Martin De Porres Church, Old Bawn Tallaght, Dublin, Dublin, Republic of Ireland is inviting Fr. Dominic to organize a 3-day intensive preaching session in Dublin on 26th October 2019 to 28th October 2019. His preaching is creating wide spread hatred among community and is against the values of Ireland. Link to his speech: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bEUx4n5g5Ew https://youtu.be/MhRYTz1WrMA If you think he is wrong and should be stopped coming to Ireland for preaching and also collecting money from here, please help signing this petition http://chng.it/wrFqyYKG Thank you.

Islamaphobia in the Conservative Party - immediately suspend Councillor John Moss
In the aftermath of the Christchurch attacks, where over 50 Muslim worshippers were gunned down by a white supremacist terrorist, Islamaphobic hate crimes in the UK increased by nearly 600 percent. This was at a time when hate crimes against Muslims have been on an upwards trajectory for many years. Muslims being demonised online, on mainstream media and by politicians have all combined in some way in fuelling the rise we’ve seen. This rise in Islamophobia has led to attacks on mosques, attacks on Muslims and in particular Muslim women. There is a real heightened fear of crime within the Muslim community with mosques having to organise security, police patrols, CCTV and many Muslims fearful for their safety. Douglas Murray is a right wing journalist who has won ‘Islamaphobe of the Year’ and is known for his controversial views on Muslims. Douglas Murray is on record stating: “conditions for Muslims in Europe must be made harder across the board.” London Borough of Waltham Forest, Larkswood ward Councillor, Cllr John Moss, in a reply to to Douglas Murray tweeted: “every 11 year old girl” should be “frightened of Muslims.” This is clearly an Islamaphobic tweet and you would have thought as soon as this tweet along with other comments were brought to the attention of the Conservative party, Councillor John Moss would be thrown out the party, made to apologise, suspended, ordered to undertake training etc. Councillor John Moss was NOT thrown out the party, NOT suspended, NOT made to apologise, NOT asked to undertake diversity or equalities training. Instead the Leader of the Waltham Forest Conservative group, Councillor Alan Siggers mounted a robust defence claiming “I’m not stupid, this is more about the problems Labour are having.” Councillor Alan Siggers chose to defend the indefensible despite: 1) The Chairman of the Conservative Muslim Forum, Mohammed Amin saying he had “lost confidence in the Conservative party’s disciplinary processes when the promotion of anti-Muslim hatred is the subject.” 2) The anti-Muslim hate monitoring group, Tell Mama commenting on the Waltham Forest Guardian article about Councillor John Moss’s comments ‘This is appalling: Conservative councillor accused of Islamaphobic tweets’. ‘If this man is still in the Party, why?’ 3) The UKs largest Muslim Umbrella organisation, Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) stated “by not even suspending the Councillors, they have failed to even reach the low bar they ( Conservative Party) set themselves.” MCB have now filed a complaint to the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC). 4) The ex co-Chair of the Conservative party, Baroness Sayeeda Warsi personally asked Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) Chief Executive, Mick Davis to act on Councillor John Moss. The fact that the Conservative Party chose not to suspend Councillor John Moss despite the irrefutable evidence shows either acceptance of Islamaphobia in the Party or shows the complete lack of understanding by the Party of what Islamaphobia is and the damaging impact it has on the Muslim Community. Taking no action against someone making clearly Islamaphobic comments sets a precedent and sends a dangerous message. We need a zero tolerance approach to all forms of hate, bigotry and prejudice, and all political parties have a special responsibility to lead this fight. There can and should be no hierarchy of hate. People in public office should not be the ones disempowering and dividing communities - they should be uniting and protecting us. Bigotry leads to hatred, hatred leads to violence, and violence leads to murder. We can not allow Islamaphobic comments such as these to become normalised, they cannot be ignored and brushed aside, further emboldening the racists to spout their poison and seek to divide our communities. We call on the Conservative Party to immediately suspend Councillor John Moss from the party for his clearly Islamaphobic comments. On the basis of that investigation we can see grounds for expulsion. We call on the Conservative Party to launch a full independent investigation into complaints of Islamaphobia within the party. If you cannot see anything wrong with Councillor John Moss’s comments, you are part of the problem.
Petition to Government, Facebook
Force Social Media companies to block all hateful/racist content & remove live streaming
There is an increasing volume of hateful, violent and racist content being uploaded and shared freely on social media platforms. This type of content is aimed at sowing division between people and we have already seen it leading to radicalisation and extremism around the world, including several terrorist attacks by individuals directly influenced by social media content. Social Media companies have a moral duty to put people before profits. They are effectively facilitating the spread of hatred and division across the world. Governments need to introduce regulation to force Social Media companies to take immediate action. They need to invest in moderators and technology to stop hate preachers and terrorists using their platforms to spread hatred and fear. Live streaming should be removed immediately by all social media platforms. How would you feel if your family member was killed and their killer live streamed it across the world? Please sign this petition and share with everyone you know so that social media companies and governments take action and prevent more innocent lives being lost. Banning hateful content does not mean banning free speech!
