Seek justice for reducing 50% seats in direct second year admission for diploma students
As per the guidelines issued by the AICTE in its approved handbook of the year 2019-20, there has been a substantial reduction of 50% seats for diploma engineering to degree engineering admissions starting current academic year. Despite of the availability of choosing various career options after 12th, Many of us have consciously taken a decision to join 3 years engineering diploma after our 10th standard. Several of us specifically took this decision based on the fact that after completion of our engineering diplomas there are 20 % seats available for admission to degree engineering College and if not that then some unaided college. But with AICTE’s abrupt decision to reduce seats by 50 % i.e. bringing down quota from 20 % to 10 % with immediate effect which means, starting current academic year we have found ourselves in a very unfair position. Considering all these facts and principles of natural justice We the students, request the AICTE to postpone implementation of this decision till start of academic year 2022. This problem is not just limited to our college but is spread across the board making it unjust to all the students that fall in this equation.

Petition to MAULANA ABUL KALAM AZAD UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
Postpone the exam scheduled on 2nd June
It is practically impossible for 8th sem students to give exam on 2nd June (Sunday) right after 1st June. Minimum preparation time is needed. Also 8th sem exam timings are from 10 am to 1pm. And on Sundays, metro services start from 10 am. As most of the students travel by metro (many live in the suburbs as well), it is not possible to reach..Also a lot of people have UPSC exams on 2nd June. So attending them would also be a problem. Kindly postpone the exam.
Petition to SQA
Don't have triggering questions in SQA (or any) exams!
While sitting my sqa higher design and manufacture exam today I came across a question that had me on the edge of a panic attack, I was literally shaking and the invigilator had to ask me if I was okay. A question in the paper featured a picture of two razors, with the blades clearly shown. Now my mental health isn't something I publicly talk about but let's say this was extremely triggering for me especially since I had a bad relapse just last night. This question threw me into a panicked state as I felt myself unable to breathe i tried to look at the question and it was asking me to further look at the picture of the razors and talk about it's aesthetics and other features of them. I'm not entirely sure if I even answered this question correctly as I was so emotionally distraught and basically triggered by this image I couldn't concentrate on what I was writing so I just wrote down the first sentence that came to my head and I know I failed to explain the aspects fully. As there is such a majorly triggering image in this exam paper, and featured in the higher english RUAE passage they spoke about terrorism/terrorist attacks which can be a trigger for many people. I believe the SQA and any other exam boards across the country and world should take into consideration that some things should not be featured in an exam paper that could trigger a pupil who are already sat in a highly stressful environment no matter if they studied fully or not. I ask that you please sign this petition whether or not this would personally affect you as it will affect others and maybe people around you but you just aren't aware because so much is kept inside especially in our generation. TRIGGERING TOPICS SHOULD NOT BE FEATURED IN EXAMS!

Reconduct JEE Main 2019 exam
As we all know that NTA has started using percentile system from this year and onwards. It was earlier considered to be a good decision but now, after the results are out, it has turned out to be a really bad one. Many students have complained about the irregularities in ranks which students have achieved when compared to their respective marks. Students sacrifice everything for this one moment, but all that went into vain with this one bad decision. With this percentile system, NTA has pushed students’ future into darkness. NTA has no right to play with student’s future. Hence, we think that JEE Main 2019 should be reconducted in Pen-Paper-Test without using percentile so that students can get a satisfactory rank. Hope NTA listens to us.
