Abusers / Domestic Violence Offenders National Registry & Notification Of Residence

When a person commits an act of domestic violence and/or abuse, they are let go only to violate once more. The victims are left confused and alone, some may not want to move forward with their stories for fear their abuser will hurt them. It takes so much courage for a victim to go through the due process yet repeat offenders still remain among us and their new victims do not suspect a thing. Children are put in between such brutality but what if they were exposed initially?  I ask that a public mandatory and searchable registry be kept locally and nationally. (.gov web host)  Also, just as sex offenders have to register and make known their presence in any neighborhood, a DV predator should be required to inform everyone within a 500 mile radius of him or her of their presence, at their expense entirely. The offender should have their name in each state and then on a national registry, listing their full name, photo along with dates and descriptions of offenses.

Petition to Courtney Simmons, DC Entertainment

Remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2

Amber Heard has been exposed as a domestic abuser by Johnny Depp. In his $50 million lawsuit, Johnny Depp describes many incidents of domestic abuse that he suffered at the hands of his (then) wife Amber Heard, including one incident where she punched him twice in the face and another where she shattered his finger with a vodka bottle, and his finger had to be surgically reattached. He will bear the scar from that for the rest of his life.  Also, Amber Heard was arrested in 2009 for abusing a former domestic partner, Tasya Van Ree, demonstrating a repeated pattern of abuse by Amber Heard. Since Heard's divorce from Johnny Depp, she has systematically crusaded to ruin Depp in Hollywood, repeating multiple accounts of fake incidents in which she had actually abused Johnny Depp, but lied and created false accounts of him being the abuser. About the incident during which she shattered the bones in Johnny Depp's finger and nearly severed it, causing Depp to require surgery to reattach and repair it, Heard presented a false story claiming that he cut off his finger himself, dipped it in paint and scrawled obscenities all over the walls.  Likewise, Heard recounts fabricated incidents of Johnny Depp hitting her in the face when she had, in fact, punched him. Though staff and neighbors in the building where she lived reported seeing no marks on her face in the hours and days after she says Johnny Depp hit her, yet she appeared in court six (6) days later with bruises on her face, asking for a temporary restraining order, which was granted. Photos of Heard from the very next day show her full face, without makeup, and not a single bruise. As Amber Heard is a known and proven domestic abuser, Warner Brothers and DC Entertainment should and must remove Heard from their Aquaman 2 film project. They must not ignore the suffering of Heard's victims, and must not glamorize a domestic abuser.  Men are victims of domestic abuse, just like women. This must be recognized, and action must be taken to prevent a known abuser from being celebrated within the entertainment industry. Do the right thing. Remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2.

Tell Twitter and Instagram to Restore ThaGataNegrra's Account

Alternative hip-hop artist ThaGataNegrra established her Twitter account in December 2007, when the platform had barely begun, and enjoyed using it to connect to people and potential fans and clients. She'd built a good following, and her account suddenly was, in the early summer of 2017, suspended indefinitely due to an ex and rival continuing a years-old smear-and-cyberbullying campaign against GATA, accusing her of impersonation and of being an "impostor". The rival had, years prior, unsuccessfully tried to get GATA's Twitter removed for the same reason, but this time she succeeded due to having, in late 2016, trademarked a tagline ("Tha True Original Gata" or "True Original Gata") ThaGataNegrra had been using for many years to market herself. The rival had made it so that Twitter couldn't tell which person was which, even though GATA made it quite clear that she was not the person guilty of impersonation or infringement the first time, presenting her state ID with her legal name on it when asked, among other things. Twitter says it will not restore ThaGataNegrra's account, although the infringement wasn't official on-paper until 2017, and was only so due to the rival filing the trademark in September, 2016. GATA had been using the tagline for years prior to the filing. The rival went so far as to say on the filing that she is a rapper, but this is not the case. Meanwhile, ThaGataNegrra has two full album releases as a rapper for 3 Miles Entertainment, both of which have been released globally and some of the songs from the first release have been featured on Hulu Original show "East Los High". In this digital age, it is clear that social media, especially Twitter, plays an important part in marketing brands. The Twitter handle has become as ubiquitous as a first name. This was done to GATA to purposely hurt her, her brand and her credibility, and we, her fans, find this unacceptable. If the President of the United States can allegedly violate the Twitter Terms of Service and remain on Twitter, and if Twitter is truly an equal platform, GATA should be allowed to have her Twitter restored to, at the very least, change the tagline so that it doesn't continue to violate the Twitter rules. Other than that, there was nothing on her Twitter bio or within her tweets to say that she is or is implying that she is the rival, or that her account is the "official" account of the rival. In fact, the notice GATA received states she was in violation of their Impersonation Policy which states: An account will not be removed if: The user shares your name but has no other commonalities, orThe profile clearly states it is not affiliated with or connected to any similarly-named individuals.Accounts with similar usernames or that are similar in appearance (e.g. the same avatar image) are not automatically in violation of the impersonation policy. In order to be impersonation, the account must also portray another person in a misleading or deceptive manner.   There aren't and never were any pictures of the rival. None of her logos, branding or usernames indicated she was the rival. The rival's real name was never used. The only "commonality" was the tagline the rival had trademarked in 2016. GATA was simply marketing her own Twitter, and should be able to continue to do so. We are asking for ThaGataNegrra's Twitter account to be restored, and all her followers restored, in exchange for the tagline and any offending tweets or hashtags  removed from the platform, as said tagline is the only thing that is in violation of the ToS and Impersonation Policy, and, again, wasn't in violation until the trademark was filed in 2016. Since the same is true with Instagram, who took down ThaGataNegrra's account in May 2017 for the same reason (her account was established and in good standing since 2012), we would also ask that it restore ThaGataNegrra's account and allow her to continue to use it as well if she removes the tagline from her bio and hashtags.

Free Bogdana Mobley and help reunite her with beloved three kids! Свободу Богдане!

This petition is organized by supporters of Bogdana, an innocent mother of three young children (Ian, Sophia, and Isabella). Bogdana has been separated from her beloved kids since September 2017. We organize the fundraising to help Bogdana with legal expenses. Nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States (see Bogdana is one of the many victims and survivors of domestic violence, and this is her story. In April 2014, while being six months pregnant, Bogdana, mother of two children, left her abusive ex-husband, Mr. Mobley. Bogdana wanted to run as far as possible from this abusive relationship. She sought safety for herself, her children, and the unborn child in family members abroad. She moved temporally to Russia, where most of her direct family still lives. Despite a documented history of domestic abuse by Mr. Mobley (two police reports), in November 2014, the Sedgwick County Family Court's Judge gave the sole custody of Bogdana's two daughters to Mr. Mobley. Also, the judge gave Mr. Mobley rights to all marital property (house and vehicles). The judge failed to recognize Bogdana as a victim of domestic abuse. The judge also did not take into consideration the fact that their second daughter Isabella was born in Russia, and at the time of that hearing (November 2014) was only a Russian citizen. Not only was this an unjust ruling, but also, it was a ruling not made in the best interests of the older children and recently born (June 2014) Isabella. Mr. Mobley did everything possible to obstruct Bogdana's return to the US. In March 2015 despite Bogdana's strong objection, Mr. Mobley sold the marital house in Wichita (Kansas) and the two cars. In April 2015, Mr. Mobley married his real estate agent who was 4 months pregnant at the time. To date, Mr. Mobley has two daughters and two stepdaughters together with his new wife. In August 2015, one and a half years after Bogdana left, Mr. Mobley listed his two daughters as "missing." He completely concealed from law enforcement the fact that he knew the home address of children in Russia, was in contact with both children via Skype, and finally, intentionally lied that Isabella was taken from Wichita in April 2014. Isabella was not even born at that time. To avoid legal issues, Bogdana immediately contacted Interpol and the District Attorney providing them all necessary information. Based on this information Interpol and the District Attorney withdrew the warrant against Bogdana. In September 2017 Bogdana voluntarily arrived at Wichita, KS to appeal the family court decision for children's custody and to obtain proper a U.S. document for her youngest child. She was tired of being falsely accused, threatened, slandered. A few days later, Bogdana was arrested by the FBI based on accusations made by Mr. Mobley that resulted in charges of international parental kidnapping in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1204. The law provides an affirmative defense where the abducting parent acted according to a valid court order obtained under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction And Enforcement Act, or where the abducting parent was fleeing domestic violence. The judge dismissed all evidence presented by Bogdana regarding domestic abuse and the false allegations of kidnapping made by Mr. Mobley. Indeed, this is what, a part of Thomson Reuters, stated "The district court also erred in failing to consider Mobley's affirmative defense to international kidnapping as part of its analysis of the second § 3142(g) factor. At the hearing on the motion to revoke, Mobley clearly articulated her position that prior abuse by her ex-husband constituted an affirmative defense to the kidnapping charge. She referenced two police reports filed against him (one on August 3, 2013, for rape, and one on December 5, 2013, for domestic violence) and claimed those reports were substantiated by photographs of bruised wrists and evidence of threats. The district court did not evaluate whether the allegations of abuse might support a valid affirmative defense. To the contrary, it repeatedly discounted their relevance, referring to Mobley's flight as "self-help" and "vigilante justice" (admonishing that Mobley should have pursued abuse charges against her ex-husband in the American court system, "not flee the country" (please see for the reference It is outrageous and shocking! One does not have to obtain a law degree to understand that Bogdana's rights were violated! Although domestic violence is often considered a criminal act, the juridical blame is too often projected onto the victim. This was the case with Bogdana. It reminds us of the time when most legal systems viewed wife beating as a valid exercise of a husband's right. While Bogdana was in jail awaiting her trial, in December 2017, she was abused and poisoned with psychotropic drugs (Haldol) without a doctor's prescription or court order. As a result, Bogdana suffered severe neurological damage. She almost died and was transferred to a medical center in Fort Worth, TX, where she stayed for several months. Human rights council calls US to turn attention to Russian mother’s kidnapping case The kidnapping charges, with the maximum sentence of three years, were not enough. In August 2018, one year after Bogdana entered prison, Mr. Mobley filed additional charges. He accused Bogdana of "extortion" based on Skype conversations; Bogdana asked Mr. Mobley to help with child support while she was abroad. We understand that this new charge was an attempt to keep Bogdana in prison and as pressure on her. The court of the Russian Federation issued a travel ban for children as protection. The court stated that it was done in the children's best interest since the mother is in jail; children (Sophia and Isabella) cannot be separated with the older brother (Ian) who is very attached to his sisters. On March 5th during the trial, the jury found Bogdana guilty of kidnapping charges and two extortion charges. Nine men out of 12 juries decided that Bogdana is guilty!  Before sentencing, Bogdana's attorneys filed a motion of recusal for the Federal Judge, Eric Melgren. In their motion attorney accused him of being biased towards Bogdana. The Federal Judge contacted the mother of Bogdana and wrote, "As you know, her sentencing is set for May 20. Her attorneys have been told several times that the sentencing will go very differently then depending on whether the children are back in the U.S. or not. But I hope everyone realizes that once sentencing is pronounced on that date, there is no authority to change or modify that sentence later, even if positive developments occur thereafter".  The motion of recusal.  Federal Judge denied the motion. The Federal Judge was fully aware that the Russian Federation issued the travel ban for children. However, he still was demanding from Bogdana to return kids and place them with his estranged father and step-mother. On May 20th Bogdana was sentenced to 7 years in jail for kidnapping and extortion. Russian mother sentenced to 7 years for 'kidnapping' own child from 'abusive' US husband US Court Sentences Russian Citizen Osipova-Mobley to 7-Year Jail Term for Parental Kidnapping Mr. Mobley, an ex-husband, a father of their children, was asking the court to give a maximum sentence for Bogdana! It is a very well known fact that often enough the abuse is continued even after divorce. Post-Separation Abuse of Women and their Children: Boundary-setting and Family Court Utilization among Victimized Mothers Needless to say that the imprisonment of Bogdana has had devastating effects on her three young children, Ian (14 years old), Sophia (5 years old) and Isabella (4 years old). This traumatic experience so early in their lives inevitably has negatively affected their development and psychological state. Based on studies kids suffer from fear, anxiety, and depression as a response to the sudden separation from the parent they live with. Ian, who is already mature enough to understand what is happening, is torn apart by the traumatic memories of an abusive Mr. Mobley and now the images of a mother suffering in prison. Please, watch these videos with the heartbreaking testimony of this courageous young man, Ian, in his desperate attempt to help his mother. Ian describes the abusive behavior of Mr. Mobley, the suffering of his mother in jail and his fear for the lives of his mother and little sisters ( and The juridical system of Wichita, KS, may separate Sophia and Isabella from their mother, and their brother. It may place them like little puppies into the house of their estranged father and step-mother. As of today, Bogdana is still awaiting her trial, which has been dragging for 16 months now. This is not just Bogdana's story. It is a story that happens every single day to women globally. It is about all domestic violence victims and survivals that get victimize further by an unjust juridical system. We need to stop this! Bogdana is not a criminal but a loving and caring mother, and she and her children deserve justice. As for now, the legal system has trampled the rights of Bogdana and her children. Bogdana should be free from jail immediately such she could reunite with her children! Bogdana should be protected by U.S. law from her abusive ex-husband. It's time to come together to demand changes in our legal system for all domestic violence survivals! We firmly believe that the success of this petition will encourage all domestic violence survivals to come forward and fight for their rights! Please, help us spread the word and sign the Petition to Free Bogdana, mother of three kids, a victim, and survivor of domestic violence. Bogdana's children need their mother back! #FreeBogdana, #JusticeforBogdana Thank you all!
