Remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2

Amber Heard has been exposed as a domestic abuser by Johnny Depp. In his $50 million lawsuit, Johnny Depp describes many incidents of domestic abuse that he suffered at the hands of his (then) wife Amber Heard, including one incident where she punched him twice in the face and another where she shattered his finger with a vodka bottle, and his finger had to be surgically reattached. He will bear the scar from that for the rest of his life.  Also, Amber Heard was arrested in 2009 for abusing a former domestic partner, Tasya Van Ree, demonstrating a repeated pattern of abuse by Amber Heard. Since Heard's divorce from Johnny Depp, she has systematically crusaded to ruin Depp in Hollywood, repeating multiple accounts of fake incidents in which she had actually abused Johnny Depp, but lied and created false accounts of him being the abuser. About the incident during which she shattered the bones in Johnny Depp's finger and nearly severed it, causing Depp to require surgery to reattach and repair it, Heard presented a false story claiming that he cut off his finger himself, dipped it in paint and scrawled obscenities all over the walls.  Likewise, Heard recounts fabricated incidents of Johnny Depp hitting her in the face when she had, in fact, punched him. Though staff and neighbors in the building where she lived reported seeing no marks on her face in the hours and days after she says Johnny Depp hit her, yet she appeared in court six (6) days later with bruises on her face, asking for a temporary restraining order, which was granted. Photos of Heard from the very next day show her full face, without makeup, and not a single bruise. As Amber Heard is a known and proven domestic abuser, Warner Brothers and DC Entertainment should and must remove Heard from their Aquaman 2 film project. They must not ignore the suffering of Heard's victims, and must not glamorize a domestic abuser.  Men are victims of domestic abuse, just like women. This must be recognized, and action must be taken to prevent a known abuser from being celebrated within the entertainment industry. Do the right thing. Remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2.

Abusers / Domestic Violence Offenders National Registry & Notification Of Residence

When a person commits an act of domestic violence and/or abuse, they are let go only to violate once more. The victims are left confused and alone, some may not want to move forward with their stories for fear their abuser will hurt them. It takes so much courage for a victim to go through the due process yet repeat offenders still remain among us and their new victims do not suspect a thing. Children are put in between such brutality but what if they were exposed initially?  I ask that a public mandatory and searchable registry be kept locally and nationally. (.gov web host)  Also, just as sex offenders have to register and make known their presence in any neighborhood, a DV predator should be required to inform everyone within a 500 mile radius of him or her of their presence, at their expense entirely. The offender should have their name in each state and then on a national registry, listing their full name, photo along with dates and descriptions of offenses.

Tell Twitter and Instagram to Restore ThaGataNegrra's Account

Alternative hip-hop artist ThaGataNegrra established her Twitter account in December 2007, when the platform had barely begun, and enjoyed using it to connect to people and potential fans and clients. She'd built a good following, and her account suddenly was, in the early summer of 2017, suspended indefinitely due to an ex and rival continuing a years-old smear-and-cyberbullying campaign against GATA, accusing her of impersonation and of being an "impostor". The rival had, years prior, unsuccessfully tried to get GATA's Twitter removed for the same reason, but this time she succeeded due to having, in late 2016, trademarked a tagline ("Tha True Original Gata" or "True Original Gata") ThaGataNegrra had been using for many years to market herself. The rival had made it so that Twitter couldn't tell which person was which, even though GATA made it quite clear that she was not the person guilty of impersonation or infringement the first time, presenting her state ID with her legal name on it when asked, among other things. Twitter says it will not restore ThaGataNegrra's account, although the infringement wasn't official on-paper until 2017, and was only so due to the rival filing the trademark in September, 2016. GATA had been using the tagline for years prior to the filing. The rival went so far as to say on the filing that she is a rapper, but this is not the case. Meanwhile, ThaGataNegrra has two full album releases as a rapper for 3 Miles Entertainment, both of which have been released globally and some of the songs from the first release have been featured on Hulu Original show "East Los High". In this digital age, it is clear that social media, especially Twitter, plays an important part in marketing brands. The Twitter handle has become as ubiquitous as a first name. This was done to GATA to purposely hurt her, her brand and her credibility, and we, her fans, find this unacceptable. If the President of the United States can allegedly violate the Twitter Terms of Service and remain on Twitter, and if Twitter is truly an equal platform, GATA should be allowed to have her Twitter restored to, at the very least, change the tagline so that it doesn't continue to violate the Twitter rules. Other than that, there was nothing on her Twitter bio or within her tweets to say that she is or is implying that she is the rival, or that her account is the "official" account of the rival. In fact, the notice GATA received states she was in violation of their Impersonation Policy which states: An account will not be removed if: The user shares your name but has no other commonalities, orThe profile clearly states it is not affiliated with or connected to any similarly-named individuals.Accounts with similar usernames or that are similar in appearance (e.g. the same avatar image) are not automatically in violation of the impersonation policy. In order to be impersonation, the account must also portray another person in a misleading or deceptive manner.   There aren't and never were any pictures of the rival. None of her logos, branding or usernames indicated she was the rival. The rival's real name was never used. The only "commonality" was the tagline the rival had trademarked in 2016. GATA was simply marketing her own Twitter, and should be able to continue to do so. We are asking for ThaGataNegrra's Twitter account to be restored, and all her followers restored, in exchange for the tagline and any offending tweets or hashtags  removed from the platform, as said tagline is the only thing that is in violation of the ToS and Impersonation Policy, and, again, wasn't in violation until the trademark was filed in 2016. Since the same is true with Instagram, who took down ThaGataNegrra's account in May 2017 for the same reason (her account was established and in good standing since 2012), we would also ask that it restore ThaGataNegrra's account and allow her to continue to use it as well if she removes the tagline from her bio and hashtags.

Call for Diageo to end the disparagement & erasure of Hollis Bulleit, and demand equal pay

Since 2016, I - Hollis B Worth (neé Bulleit) and my wife have been in a public battle with Diageo (the global parent company of Bulleit whiskey, Ketel One, Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, George Dickel, Guiness, etc). Diageo has bullied me and my counsel, threatening legal suits if I support boycotts of the brand that abused me costing me tens of thousands in legal fees. When we have privately approached Tom Bulleit he has brought in the full force of Diageo and their legal teams. In 2013, while working for Diageo I was bitten, bruised, bullied, and sexually harassed in broad daylight with several witnesses. Diageo still has the photo album up of me at this event on FB to this day. Diageo did nothing to protect me, but have done everything to to protect the brand. Diageo has disparaged me as a drunk and mentally ill, affecting my present and future employment and exacerbating my C-PTSD. In the quest to defend themselves they have broken laws and violated HIPAA. Diageo along with my parents, Tom & Betsy Bulleit, have used paid for press to victim blame & shame me. Diageo has co-opted my brand, ideas, and art to continue to sell Bulleit whiskey without licensing or due compensation. For example, they commissioned a sexualized mural of my wife and I to sell Bulleit Bourbon in the fall of 2019. Diageo continues to erase me from the history of the brand, a strong LGBTQ2IA+ woman. I was not even given the honor of a single "brick" in the new distillery walkway for my decades of contributions to the brand. Diageo continues to back Tom Bulleit, since the the homophobia allegations beginning in 2017, the domestic abuse I've spoken of since June of 2019, and even after publicly speaking about my childhood sexual abuse at the hands of my father beginning in August of 2019. They have been ruthless and unfair in their quest to discredit me. Yet, all of the information they have provided has been conjecture. On my website and social media there are various documents available proving that Tom & Betsy Bulleit and Diageo have been lying outright (or by omission) and inconsistent. There has been no permanent, if any, repercussions for Tom Bulleit by Diageo. According to my experience and Tom Bulleit's 2011 affidavit I was the only family member working on behalf of the family and Diageo and to date I have received less than 2% of the financial gain. I deserve fair treatment. I deserve equal pay. Diageo and Tom Bulleit have refused to deal with my counsel to come to any resolution. Help make me whole again and demand action from Diageo.
