Petition to Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners

Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners: Deny Parole for inmates NDOC #35477 and #35480

On January 6, 1991 my sister Angela Lovinger was murdered by NDOC #35477 Raymond Eugene Stewart and NDOC #35480 Richard Mark Holden. Angie was 18 years young at the time of her death. Her throat was slit and she was stabbed 23 times in the face, neck, abdomen and back. Her body was discovered 6 days later in a snowy field north of Sun Valley, NV by off roaders. Stewart and Holden were charged and sentenced to two consecutive life terms. Stewart is up for Parole again in January 2020. The hearing will be held  on October 14, 2019. Stewart's previous attempts for parole have been denied several times. Holden's next parole attempt will be held in late spring of 2020 for the possibility of parole in July of 2020. I have read the full case reports and I have become very familiar with the details of her murder. It was horrifying to read and unimaginable that any person could be responsible of committing a crime of this nature. Evil does exist. It was a premeditated crime. Their motive was to impress a ‘known’ mafia person and they were looking to be 'made'. And were expecting to be paid $500 for the job. The boyfriend of the minor female who had my sister killed was found stabbed in an alley way in downtown Reno a week after my sister was murdered. I do believe with all of my heart that Stewart and Holden were responsible for that crime. My sister was naive in the fact she had no idea what kind of friends she was hanging out with. Her heart was too big. Stewart and Holden had offered her a safe place to stay, convincing her to go along with them. She had worked with them both at Circus Circus Midway and thought they were her friends. Not knowing they were in fact planning to take her life. In the statements I have read, Stewart went willingly with detectives and agreed to make a statement. He lied several times trying to take the focus off himself and place sole blame onto Holden. And then later admitted he was instructed by Holden to go back and make sure my sister was dead. He then stabbed her once in the neck, and once in the back after helping Holden drag her lifeless body off the road into a ditch. Stewart stated that Holden was the one who slit Angie's throat and that he stabbed her repeatedly while he waited in the vehicle. They then disposed of her belongings, after stealing from her. The weapons and vehicle also belonged to Stewart. They both asked a minor female who ordered the ‘hit’ on Angie to clean up the knives. Then Stewart and Holden went around town boasting about killing her. Even carrying on about it while incarcerated in the county jail showing no remorse. In the police report there was a list that they had started making of who they were planning on killing next. I have a photo copy of it. Mind you they were only 19 and 20 years old when they murdered my sister. I was at the sentencing hearing 28 years ago. I was 12 years old. I have nightmares remembering that they had no remorse for taking her life. Even laughing at my mother as she read a letter to them. Ultimately they were looking to be ‘made’. Which I truly feel that they would be willing to kill again. To this day there was no connection of this case made to organized crime. I believe differently. Because 8 seconds of the interrogation went missing. Maybe they  were just two lost souls looking for trouble? Regardless of the their reasoning, they murdered her in cold blood because she “hurt their friends feelings”. That is a direct quote from Stewart himself. We have yet to hear Holden’s side of the story because he never made a statement. What does that tell you? If he had capital punishment would have been given due to the nature of their crimes. Our family has lived in fear for 28 years not knowing if they would ever be released. It has been a nightmare for us and it has caused us more pain than anyone can imagine. We miss her every day. And often wonder what life would be like if she was still here. We are truly grateful for all of the law enforcement personnel who worked the case and helped put them behind bars. We have faith in the Justice system that they will not be able to know what freedom feels like ever again. And we will not stop fighting for justice in her honor. Please sign this petition and help keep these MONSTERS behind bars. Written comments or letters can be mailed to: Board of Parole Commissioners: 1677 Old Hot Springs Road, Ste. A, Carson City, Nv 89706-0677 or faxed at (775) 687-6736 You can also email the parole board directly. Email: info@parole.nv.gov  Thank you, Cheryl

Petition to CA Board of Parole, Governor Newsom, Court of Appeals

Keep Charles Manson Cult Killer Leslie Van Houten from Being Paroled

Leslie Van Houten (CDC#W-13378)'s parole recommendation has been REVERSED by CA Governor Gavin Newsom on June 3, 2019!  Signatures &comments are still being collected here on this petition for her appeals & next parole hearing, so please sign & SHARE this petition.  Her next hearing date will be posted here as it becomes available.Ms. Van Houten broke into the home of Leno & Rosemary LaBianca on August 10, 1969- after Charles Manson had gone into their home & tied the couple up. She placed a pillowcase over Mrs. LaBianca's head & tied it with a lamp chord. She held Mrs. LaBianca down so Patricia Krenwinkel could stab her. When the knife bent stabbing Mrs. LaBianca in the collar bone, Ms. Van Houten held Mrs. LaBianca down so Tex Watson could come in and stab her.  Ms. Van Houten then stabbed Mrs. LaBianca in the lower back several times. Rosemary LaBianca was stabbed a total of 41 times. Words were then written in blood on two walls & a refrigerator door. Ms. Van Houten then took a shower, stole one of Rosemary LaBianca's dresses to wear, a leather purse, wiped the house of fingerprints, and ate cheese and chocolate milk from the victims' refrigerator.  Before leaving, she patted their dogs on the head and left their bodies to be discovered the following evening by Rosemary's son and daughter. She claims to this day that she did this because she believed she was going to live in a hole in the middle of the earth with the Manson cult. For years she showed no remorse at all for her actions. When asked during her trial if she ever cried about the murder of Rosemary LaBianca she replied: "Cry for her death? Why? She's not the only person who has died." If you do not want this random murderer who was convicted by two separate juries of her peers to be released into free society, please sign & share this petition to let the parole board, Governor, and the appellate courts know you do not want to see her released. When her next parole hearing is approaching, you may also e-mail or write a letter to the parole board.  Please include the inmate's name, CDC# W-13378, parole hearing date, & state why you feel she should stay in prison by contacting the parole board here: Email:  bph.correspondenceunit@cdcr.ca.gov or mail to:Board of Parole HearingsP.O. Petition to CA Board of Parole Hearings

Keep Charles Manson Cult Killer Bobby Beausoleil in Prison

Charles Manson cult murderer Robert "Bobby" Beausoleil (CDC# B-28302)'s January 2019 parole recommendation was reversed by CA Governor Gavin Newsom on April 29, 2019!  His next hearing will be held in approximately one year from this reversal decision. Further information will be posted here as the date becomes available.  Signatures and comments are still being collected here for his next parole hearing.  Bobby Beausoleil went to the home of Gary Hinman on July 25, 1969 to forcibly obtain money at gunpoint.  When Mr. Hinman explained he did not have the money, Bobby Beausoleil called Charles Manson to come to the home.  Charles Manson slashed Gary Hinman in the head with a sword slicing both his ear & face.  After two days of torture and continuous bleeding from this wound, Bobby Beausoleil had Gary Hinman sign over his two cars, then stabbed Gary Hinman in the chest twice, killing him on July 27, 1969.  Bobby Beausoleil wrote in blood on the wall "Political Piggy" & drew a panther paw print in blood to try to blame the murders on the Black Panthers. It is thought by many that these events started the further events of the Tate/LaBianca murders - which were crafted to look like copycat killings to try to prove Bobby Beausoleil’s innocence (since he was in jail at the time of the Tate/LaBianca murder spree). In 1973- almost four years later- Bobby Beausoleil testified at a fellow Manson cult member Catherine Share's sanity court hearing- stating that the people in the court from the Manson cult were his "brothers & sisters" (although he now says he was never a member of the cult at all).  He also then stated he was "at war with everyone in this courtroom", and said : "You better pray I never get out!" Since being incarcerated, Mr. Beausoleil has told many versions of the murder to courts & parole boards.  Bobby Beausoleil was also found, in 1984, by prison staff to be drawing & selling from prison - cartoons that he drew of naked toddlers being spanked by adults. He sold these to admitted pedophiles who were sending him money orders in prison for these drawings. He states today that he was never a member of the Charles Manson cult, diminishes his responsibility in this murder, and expects to live in free society.  Please help me by signing this petition to let the parole board know you do not want him out for as long as possible. When his next parole hearing is approaching, you may also e-mail or write a letter to the parole board.  Please include the inmate's name, CDC# B-28302, parole hearing date, & state why you feel he should stay in prison by contacting the parole board here: Email:  bph.correspondenceunit@cdcr.ca.gov or mail to:Board of Parole HearingsP.O.
