Petition to The Walt Disney Company
Release an extended cut of "The Muppet Christmas Carol" with "When Love Is Gone" restored
Since its release in 1992, The Muppet Christmas Carol has been a staple of many families’ Christmas viewing experience year after year, delighting children and adults across the world with its wit, music, and devotion to the original story written by Charles Dickens. Most home releases of the film have been full-length releases that have included — what I feel — is a pivotal song for the narrative and soundtrack, “When Love Is Gone,” performed by renowned musical theatre actress Meredith Braun in the role of Belle, Ebenezer Scrooge’s lost love. The song packs a heavy — yet necessary — emotional punch, masterfully conveying to the audience the agony Scrooge experiences in losing the love of his life to his relentless devotion to work and money. The performance serves as the strongest illustration of how Scrooge lost himself to greed, work, and bitterness. The song’s melody is featured in the film’s overture, and it is reprised at the end once Scrooge is redeemed as “When Love Is Found.” The 20th Anniversary Blu Ray release of the film unfortunately, and I feel mistakenly, omits the song, effectively erasing one of the strongest and most important moments — not to mention Braun’s defining moment. Without the performance, the breakup of Scrooge and Belle feels extremely minor in nature. It undermines Scrooge’s descent into bitterness and cruelty, leaving that transition feeling jarring to viewers. It also makes the reprise, “When Love Is Found,” seem awkward at the end. In general, the omission of the song from Blu Ray is incredibly jarring for those of us who are familiar with it, and jarring to the detriment of the film. I am calling upon The Walt Disney Company to release an extended version, or in my eyes a complete version, of the film that restores “When Love Is Gone.” The performance is sorely missed. It is of vital importance to the film as a whole, and its omission — in a way — strikes me as potentially disrespectful to Meredith Braun as an actress and vocalist. I hate that her performance in this film was so haphazardly cut. I feel it is only fair to the families who adore this film, and to Meredith Braun, that The Walt Disney Company release the film again with the song reinserted. I hope this petition finds those necessary within the company that can help make this happen. I thank you for reading this, considering this, and hopefully signing this...and I also thank The Walt Disney Company in advance, should they fulfill my request.
Petition to Coca-Cola
Please bring back Santa Claus on Coca-Cola cans and bottles
For decades, Coca-Cola has had Santa Claus on their Coke cans and bottles, as well as merchandise like T-shirts, clocks, shopping bags, and Hallmark ornaments. In recent years, however, Santa Claus has been phased out of Coca-Cola cans and bottles in favor of alternatives for the holidays. The Coca-Cola polar bears were usually substituted on Coke cans and/or bottles, but Coke would sometimes have Santa Claus on either the bottles, their mini-cans or 12-pack cans. In 2018, however, Santa Claus was replaced with present gift wrap and the bottles had To and From gift tags included on the back. Santa Claus has appeared on the Santa Trucks going around the country, but hasn't appeared on much of the merchandise or on any TV ads. In 2019, we, the fans, would like to see at least one version of Coca-Cola get a permanent limited release every December on bottles or cans of Coca-Cola for Santa fans to choose from. We, the fans, are not asking for every Coke can and/or bottle to have Santa Claus on them every December, but we are asking for at least some versions of Coca-Cola cans and/or bottles to include Santa Claus on them for a variety and for collectors who grew up with the Santa Coke products.

Stroke victim to meet his idol Dwayne Johnson in person as christmas gift from step-son
Hello Mr. Johnson. I'm Parker Sullivan; I am 15 years old and am messaging you about a wish of mine. My mother Traci Sullivan has been going through some rough times recently, due mainly to a stroke that impacted her fiance Lather Scholtz on November 4th 2016. He was taken to University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), and put into ICU. He soon got his left side of his skull cap removed and placed in his stomach. Please forgive me if this sounds vague: I don't recall much on this subject because it was hard on me. PTSD caused me to block the memories of the hard time. I don't know if this might help, but my mother and her friends started a hashtag for while he was in the hospital (#prayersforlather). The reason I would like you to help is because before this tragedy struck, my mother and her fiance were monumental fans of you. Lather even looks like you in a way, so he's nicknamed "The Pebble" by friends and family. Ever since his stroke it has left him and my mom in an empty void that has little light; he can't maintain little daily things. He fought through his pain during his 23 weeks in the hospital like a soldier, he had a 23% chance of surviving his stroke. But that is in the past, he now is going through therapy weekly and has a lot of fun bonding with his step-son (me) and his son Elijah when he is able to visit from his mothers house. I would really love it if you could come and visit us. Lather would be delighted to see his idol in person. In conclusion, Mr. Johnson, I, Parker Sullivan, am wishing to put together the greatest Christmas present ever for my step-dad. He is a huge fan, and I would love to surprise him with you! ~Parker Sullivan

Walmart Please Let Your employees have Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve Off From Work
Walmart - Thanksgiving and Christmas are some of America’s most cherished family holidays -- a day to spend with friends, family, and loved ones. But, in pursuit of the almighty dollar, some retailers open their stores on Thanksgiving and Christmas, forcing many of their employees to work. We know that companies can support their bottom line without sacrificing their employees’ well being. Many chain stores do well and are NOT open on Thanksgiving and Christmas. For Example Sam's Club owned and operated by Walmart is closed on Black Fridany this year 2017. as a Loyal Walmart associate of 3 + years I believe retail workers at big box stores deserve a day to spend with family. Please urge Walmart, to put people over profits and refuse to open their doors on Thanksgiving the 24th of November and Christmas, December 25. and instead let employees have some time away from the frantic shopping season to spend with their children, Family, Friends, partners and loved ones. I personally believe that employees who who are less stressed at work due to the holidays in turn have better customer service and then that should make happier customers and repeat customers. Sam Walton Said "The Customer Comes First' As someone who cares about family and community, I urge you to give your employees the day off on Thanksgiving and Christmas Walmart made in fiscal year 2018 revenue of 500.3 Billion + $11.5 billion Walmart U.S. eCommerce Sales + $28.3 billion Operating Cash Flow Walmart made in fiscal year 2017 revenue of $485.9 billion, Walmart made in fiscal year 2016 revenue of $482.1 billion Sam Walton would have said "There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else" Thank you, Adam Farris Closed for the Holidays

Air A Better Version Of Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
The version of Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer that has been shown on CBS since 2005 suffers from very poor editing, with choppy transitions, a warped soundtrack, sync issues, and an entire scene in which the audio and video do not match, because the video is taken from a completely different, deleted scene! A new version would fill others hearts as it is the all time Christmas special, getting to see I in all it's original glory!
