Bring back Group B rally

Group B rally regulations (1982-86) allowed for the most spectacular rally cars, and maximized the limits of engineering. This class of rally racing ended after a series of incidents. However, with today's technology and lessons from the past, these safety issues can be resolved, and Group B can return once again. Rally represents liberty, and inspires us to explore the land that nature gave us. The New Physiocratic League supports the return of Group B. _____________________ Wiki Entry: Group B was a set of regulations introduced in 1982 for competition vehicles in sportscar racing and rallying regulated by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The Group B regulations fostered some of the fastest, most powerful, and most sophisticated rally cars ever built and is commonly referred to as the golden era of rallying. However, a series of major accidents, some of them fatal, were blamed on their outright speed and lack of crowd control at events. After the death of Henri Toivonen and his co-driver Sergio Cresto in the 1986 Tour de Corse, the FIA disestablished the class, dropped its previous plans to replace it by Group S, and instead replaced it as the top-line formula by Group A. The short-lived Group B era has acquired legendary status among rally fans and automobile enthusiasts in general.

End Front License Plate Requirement for California

Twenty states/U.S. commonwealth no longer require a front license plate.  They are the following: Alabama Arizona Arkansas Delaware Florida Georgia Indiana Kansas Kentucky Louisiana Michigan Mississippi New Mexico North Carolina Oklahoma Pennsylvania Puerto Rico South Carolina Tennessee West Virginia Front license plates are awkward and unsightly and have NO real practical purpose anymore but since automobiles no longer have an actual front bumper the "fake bumper" and "grill" are blended together and have no practical place for a front license plate bracket. If placed improperly in a grill opening the air intake is impeded by the license plate which can slightly reduce the performance and reduce the efficiency of the engine and automobile.   There’s also most cars made after 2018 that say “license plate &/ frame or accessories may block radar system.”  Radar system on cars means safety support as follows: frontal crash, road departure mitigation, blind spot info system, collision mitigation braking system & etc. The brands with what includes the safety features/operation of the vehicle are the following:                           Acura-Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™), Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow, Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) Chevrolet-Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning,  Forward Collision Alert, Low-Speed Forward Automatic Braking Honda- Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™), Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow, Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) The requirement for a front license plate is NOT enforced evenly - some police officers take it very seriously and issue citations while other police officers see the requirement for a front plate as not important. The way the front plate regulation is enforced is unfair to everyone. There are far more important duties that police officers can do. Let's keep Californians safe plus Let's save some time and money for California.
