Since before my grandfather (who would be 84 this year) was even in existence, there has been a beautiful pond down at Aberdeen Boulevard in Midland Ontario. Suddenly they decided that they wanted to drain it. Which is not OK. There are hundreds of fish in there, ranging from smallmouth, large mouth, pike and musky. And many other species there is also hundreds of turtles, frogs, and tons of other wildlife. My papa and his brothers used to put fish in there all the time as children, before the houses or road was even there, and like I said my Papa would be 84 this year. There is no good reason to get rid of such a Beautiful pond with native wildlife in it, that has been there for generations. So please sign this Petition before it’s too late, before they build more houses on that land that houses should’ve never been built on in the first place. Before they kill all the animals in that pond and all the amphibians. Please help me change this now. I can’t do it alone.
