Passwords to sites should never be a condition of employment.

Employers are using to many tools in the attempt to not hire as in hiring people. A person's credit score, their current employment status and passwords are not an accurate representation of a person as a worker or their abilities to become employed. The more people that are employed, the more business and money companies can make which helps the overall economy. Why don't employers understand this?!?!

To keep employers from asking for your Facebook password to see your personal page and include those results in the hiring process!
