Missing/Murdered Persons minor children living in a bonded, healthy, loving family the day the Missing Person Dissappears with the character of surviving parent being the only person named as the primary suspect, Laws need to be written allowing The family of the missing to petition the courts for visitation. Please look up MICHELLE PARKER MISSING PERSON ON GOOGLE. MISSING FROM ORLANDO NOVEMBER 17,2011. MISSING MOM OF 3. We do have a limited visitation agreement that can be revoked at any time by the other parent. We are lucky at this point in time, that we get to see them, however it would help anyone in similar circumstances and quite possibly set an example for other states to follow and change their laws. Family dynamics have changed. Grandparents are providing homes to many of their grown children as single parents in supportive roles. Please sign and forward to as many as you can. sincerely, Michelles Mom. The Florida House of Representatives will listen.

Grandparents rights were ruled out in the state of FL in 1998 but a law went in to effect in 2000 if the parent is deceased Grandparents rules change. My son was not married to my grand-daughters mother and he passed away. I only seen my grand-daughter when she was with my son which was every other weekend and 1 day during the week. Since my son passed I haven't gotten to see my Grand-daughter. I feel that the mom closed that chapter of her life and got remarried and had another child and pray that my grand-daughter will find me when she gets a little older. I know God doesn't like ugly and I pray that all the hard work that Michelle's mom is doing helps so many families.

family members should be allowed to visit and be a part of their grandchildren's lives. Especially when circumstances such as this one exist.

Because these children have lost enough, why should they not be able to see their maternal grandparents? Nobody is asking for custody of the children they simply want to see and LOVE on their daughters children, THEIR GRANDCHILDREN. Thank you. Sincerely Heather Vasas
