Families are an integral part of a student’s success in an academic environment and the limit of four tickets per student is insufficient to recognize key family members on this great occasion. A graduate should not have to choose which family member(s) to eliminate from this celebration. Recommend each graduate be allotted twelve tickets for guests.

I'm an OSU alumna, and I feel for those affected by this limit - No matter how exciting this event is for everyone, graduating students should be first priority when it comes to tickets for seating. At the very least, there needs to be an option to petition for additional tickets. Will you really make the student with 4 parents (ie - in the instance of a divorce situation) and several siblings who wish to attend exclude their -immediate- family members from this event? Would be nice to invite grandparents, as well. Please reconsider this policy.

Families shouldn't have to pick and choose who is more important to see them graduate. I know I have a large family and 4 tickets will not be enough.

'm not graduating this year, but if I did, not even my whole immediate family would be able to attend (dad, stepmom, mom, stepdad, and four siblings). I am positive that I am not the only student at OSU with a family this big, and so on behalf of those graduating, I ask you to please reconsider this constricting ticket limit.

Not sure why grad ticket count was limited to just 4, but with graduation happening in huge venues like the STADIUM and Schottenstein Center, seems like more than just 4 family members per graduate could be accomodated -- especially on such a momentous occasion where in some families, the grad is the first person in the family to reach that level of academic achievement
