this is a woman who struggled her whole life, her crime was not a case of molestation in the sense that she tortured a child, the boy probably flirted w her, but the sentence is beyond comprehension. the crime doesnt warrant such a sentence that horrible killers dont even get. this is not lawful, its cruel and civil rights violating.

I watched the sentencing hearing video on youtube, I saw a prosecutor making a very weak, feeble, un-convincing case why this woman should be sentenced to life in prison.

I have watched a lot of life-sentence hearing videos on youtube, and most of them have some sort of statement by the judge or the prosecutor about WHY this person is a heinous offender. There was nothing like that at all.

What I heard the prosecutor say was pathetic, what I heard the judge say was tee-hee. Nothing was said about anyone being heinous.

Contrast that with the many many other videos one can watch on youtube, where a person is sentenced to life in prison. Outrages are mentioned. The only outrage here is that the prosecutor brought a charge that carries a mandatory life sentence, and it wasn't right.

Also, it is very disgusting that anyone says it is only a 10 year sentence. I hope that whoever pays attention to this paragraph I am writing knows well enough what is the difference between a 10 year sentence and a life sentence.

I feel for this poor woman. The sentence is unjustifiably too long and inappropriately applied.
