There are really no hotels in the area and this would be a great addition to the Shaw neighborhood.

From the DC metro area...father went to Howard. Know the community and the need for updating and jobs.

I grew up in DC (born 1967) and am temporarily in Bethesda. I am so excited at what is taking place in parts of the city, where no one would dream to walk, let alone live. I plan to move to a condo or rental in NOMA or Logan Circle by year end and am a big fan of this rejuvenation, esp by talented and creative teams like this one.

All our communities deserve quality, aesthetically pleasing and affordable housing projects. This infill project would do just that!
