As someone with gluten intolerence its close to impossible to buy food to eat when on the road. I find it unbelievable that none of the fast food stores offer a gluten free option particularly in today's day an age. There are thousands of Australians who have cut gluten from the diet. Why an earth aren't the fast food outlets listening? This has huge revenue increasing potential especially if you're the first one to make the change.

My grandfather is allergic to gluten, while he only gets a rash if he eats something with gluten every now and then many others are at risk of death if they eat anything with gluten in it.

Why should those with a self-imposed dietary restriction(i.e. vegetarians/vegans, Kosher Jews) have more considerations than those who would risk death to eat what they once loved before developing/discovering their allergies?
