State of Minnesota: Remove or Lower the charge on my criminal history

    2. Petition by

      DIANE CHAPMAN

      MINNEAPOLIS, MN

I am constantly denied employment because of an incident that happened 16 years ago between my then, 16 year old daughter. I have paid my debt to society and deserves to move forward. I am no longer that individual,. I am confident and have the ability to prove that I am not a threat to anyone if I am given the opportunity. Once again I am "NOT" the person that the State of Minnesota portrayed me to be. I want my life back!

To:
State of Minnesota
Remove or Lower the charge on my criminal history
The charge is over exaggerated and should be reviewed.

Sincerely,
[Your name]

It's important because people make mistakes in life. I think that everyone deserves a second chance in life. I have just a minor offense on my record and it haunts me until this day. It's redicoulous!!

16 years is too long! She has paid her debt to society and should be given the chance to prove her worthy to as a trustworthy citizen.
