Ian was a dedicated employee with a disability who was fired for mistakenly wearing a co-workers jacket home because he thought it was his. When he realized it was not his he brought it into work the next day to return it and get his jacket. The manager asked that Ian compose a "sorry letter " which he did stating that he was sorry that he had mistakenly taken home the wrong jacket .The manager used that letter as his admission to guilt and sent it to the corporate offices of Sprout's Farmers Market in Phoenix, AZ. and Ian was terminated

reinstate Ian Rey to his job with their company

Sincerely,

Ian is the reason we went to the Point Loma Sprouts, we could go to the Chula Vista location but there's no Ian there! Bring Ian back and get a customer back.

My brother was also mentally handicapped and I am thoroughly disappointed in the treatment the Ian Rey received from Sprout's Farmers Market. Where is their common sense?? Have they not ever picked up something that they thought was theirs? Give Ian a break and his job back plus pay for the missed work. Shame on Sprout's.

Ian is a great kid and would never do anything to hurt someone intentionally.
