These cuts attack the most vunerable members of our society, placing serious strain upon fostering services, provision for sepcial educational needs and risks safeguarding of children. These are not cuts which need to be made. They are a demonstration of a flawed prioritisation in which delivery of service no longer is the driving motivator.
