Where we are at now
As you can see from the video that was made things have changed since it was made, the SSPCA have changed their minds so many times we werent sure whether we were coming or going....At the moment the SSPCA have submitted a report to the procurator fiscal for the owner alledgedly causing unnecessary suffering. They are stating that Humphrey's owner took him to the common ride lame. The SSPCA were not present at the start of the ride so how they think they know this we will never know? How would he have made it round a 5-6hour common without anyone such as the rider/witnesses or knowledgable marshals noticing? We are not denying he may have been mildly lame after the ride but his owner was not present till after, is this enough reason to prosecute someone especially when they are denied their vet to attend to treat the horse or for 2nd opinion!
