UPDATE ON CONVICTED ANIMAL ABUSER DOMINIQUE DILLARD
On June 14, Kathy McGuire, President of NJAFA attended the third CEP Adult Probation Hearing for Dominque Dillard convicted animal abuser.
Last month, Ms. Dillard did not bother to show up, however the CEP Hearing Officer, Lisa A. Lynch, Attorney in Trenton appointed by the Camden Probation Department, decided to give Ms. Dillard yet "another opportunity to finish her community service."
Ms. Dillard was given NINETY HOURS IN MAY 2011 and has still FIFTY SIX HOURS yet to serve. She told Ms. Lynch at her April hearing that "this community service is just so inconvenient."
Ms. Dillard did show up for the June 14 hearing and was told she has until August 14 to finish her 56 hours. If she does not finish, the case will be remanded back to Prosecutor Howard Long and Judge Travosh in Lindenwold Municipal Court who will be ready to hear this case again.
