Remove All 6 Fullerton Police Officers Involved in the Murder of Kelly Thomas

      Fullerton, CA

On July 5th, Kelly Thomas, an innocent homeless man was brutally murdered with extreme undue force by illegal actions taken by several of Fullerton’s Police officers. While two are being charged, the four others that played a lesser part were there for a portion of the time. It appears they did nothing to stop the murder and they were not charged. These four Police Officers need to be disciplined and or fired.

Part 5 )on Change.org, the world’s fastest growing platform for social change. He plans to spread the word about his campaign to the thousands of supporters around the world who want police held accountable for what happened to Kelly Thomas.

“As a Christian, I believe that no other human has the right to take the life of another human being, under any circumstances," said Orloff. "The Police Officers who do obey their duties have lost the trust of Fullerton citizens due to the murder of Kelly Thomas, and it will take time and the removal of all six officers involved for them to earn that back."

Part 4)“I cried because this reminds me of my brother John who took his own life in 1999,” explained Orloff. “John was only 37 and Kelly only 38. John and his friends were beat up many times by the Police in the late 70’s and 80’s for not following the mainstream ways of society. That’s a big part of the reason I started this campaign.”

News of the online petition campaign’s success is likely to increase pressure on acting police chief Kevin Hamilton to discipline the four officers. Within hours of the campaign’s launch, Orloff had recruited hundreds of supporters

Part 3)“The Fullerton Police must be held accountable for their role in the murder of Kelly Thomas,” said Orloff, who launched the campaign on Change.org. “It appears they did nothing to stop the murder of this unarmed man and it’s unacceptable for them to remain a part of my city’s police force. They are a danger to Fullerton citizens. In this incident the officers that stood by and watched and did nothing to put a stop to this murder show proof that they are not capable of being in such a position as a ‘trusted,’ authority figure such as a Police officer.”

An article in the OC Register at the link below shows something very positive and that all the support up until now is helping and that as it continues and grows pretty soon the OC Register will have an article of how many years some of the six police officers will be behind bars where they cannot hurt anyone and the others will be removed for good for the safety of other citizens still alive

    13. The petition has been signed by 14,000 supporters from around the world

      Paul Orloff

This update shows the supporters a petition rapidly growing from loving people from all around the world who don't want to have these six Police Officers anywhere that could murder a harmless homeless man again as they brutally did to Kelly Thomas on July 5th.

It shows so many loving people that six Police Officers killed a man and that they all believe and know they must all spend time in prison and all of them should be removed for good from their jobs and not paid another cent. A thought came to my mind that these Police Officers not only murdered and watched Kelly being murdered, but actually got paid their wages at the very moment Kelly was being beat and tasered and crushed until he cried out for his dad and then died. At this moment 14,000 supporters all agree and see six Police Officers that need to be disconnected from the Fullerton Police department immediately until they are taken to court for their part in the murder of Kelly Thomas on July 5th.

I'm tired of police thinking they're above the common man, citizens need to be legally allowed to shoot cops who abuse/violate/murder a suspect instead of detaining them.

In my opinion, the police are a legal street gang. Not all are bad but no matter what they do or who they kill they are never wrong. The law is always on their side. They kill innocent people and continue with their lives as if nothing happened, with no repercussions. If a citizen kills an officer they are automatically given death. What happened to the system of checks and balances?
