Reassess an inconceivably lenient sentence (a non-parole period of 3.5 years) given to David Bryan for the random, unprovoked, and vicious murder of David Tserniak.

      once he has killed he will always kill a jail with a revolving door will cause another to pay the price too hight a price that only he should pay.that young man could contribute to the community the felon has hands that destroy a thief that steals the life of others.Society is only safe if he is safe in jail.Far,far away from ordinary people.
