Pardon Mary Bagnaschi

    1. Scott Davis
    2. Petition by

      Scott Davis

      Edgmont, PA

June 4, 2013, 2:30 AM

This petition is equally addressed to Connecticut Governor

Daniel Patrick Malloy, as to President Obama, respecting

the request for a grant of a Reprieve and Pardon for

Mary Bagnaschi, who did nothing wrong or illegal, and

who was apparently arrested due to her exercise

of her Constitutional rights as an American.
.
A special note to the President:
.
Mary Bagnaschi was incarcerated a few days ago in
Connecticut, as a result of her peaceful exercise of her
First Amendment rights, and in a way which raises
questions with respect to 42 USC ss 1983.
.
Please grant the 52-part Pardon and Reprieve at once, and
please access this document through the good offices
of a certain US Representative from Florida who is alo
the chair of a major Democratic organization. She has had
this 52-part pardon and reprieve request in her e-mail files
since December of 2012, in its current form. I will send this
to her good offices again.
.
Please see below the notes to the international community
requesting an immediate pardon and reprieve for
Mary Bagnaschi, Veteran. This, I believe, is best done
in the context of the 52-part Cluster Pardon and Reprieve
as mentioned above.
.
Very truly yours, Scott Davis.

P.S. -

We aim to CHANGE THE WAY PARDONS ARE DONE in Washington.

Do you know why? BECAUSE FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES, THEY AREN'T DONE AT ALL!

That's how they "do it" in DC, by running under the bed and hiding.

It's called the Bureaucratic Game of Hide and Go Seek.

Their favorite game is telling the American people and

world opinion of conscience to go get lost,

while they concentrate on fluff, media-driven issues.

LOOK: Barack Obama's Administration is all hopped up

on their legalistic opinion that the 2nd Amendment is ARCHAIC.

Well fine - then go ahead and try to repeal it. See what happens!

But you can't have it both ways.

Why is it that the SAME ADMINISTRATION that wants to

"reset" the 2nd Amendment to what they consider 21st Century standards,

CONTINUES TO IMPOSE STALE 18th CENTURY PARDON DEFINITIONS

ON THE 21ST CENTURY?  These horse-and-buggy standards

simply do not address the issues or realities we face today.

We have been pleading with this Administration to update their

pardon and reprieve policies and methods and standards

according to the conditions that exist TODAY, to remedy

Constitution-shredding and Constitution-bashing tragedies

inflicted on innocent people by malicious prosecutors, and

inflicted by State and municipal governments as well as by

Federal officials who act complicitly in sustaining these

Constitutional violations which have occurred in EVERY STATE.

If you are SWORN TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND DEFEND

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, then JUST DO IT!

It's NOT THAT DIFFICULT! Any person with common sense should

know that clemency is an essential product of Government.

We are asking the Obama Administration to deliver on their obligations.

Mary Bagnaschi is free again, having been bailed out.
However, this cat-and-mouse game with the State needs to end.
      .
That's why a reprieve and pardon by Governor Malloy is in order.
He can negotiate with her. In fact, it is the DUTY of Government
to LISTEN TO REASON, and not to shun reason
with calculated and cruel indifference, and to drive reason
up a wall - and to then say, "I told you so."
      We've all seen that game.
      .
      Government: KNOCK IT OFF.
      .
Mary Bagnaschi is the SCOURGE OF CORRUPTION.
She has the right to be.
Her scourging is harmless, and may be beneficial to all.
      .
We, the people, have become too tolerant of corruption.
But Mary Bagnaschi gives corruption NO REFUGE and no rest,
because SHE KNOWS WHAT CORRUPTION MEANS.
      .
We need the unrestrained voice of Mary Bagnaschi to
KEEP AMERICA STRAIGHT, and to keep Uncle Sam
      from stumbling off the path.
      .
Support the First Amendment right "...to petition the Government
      for a redress of grievances."

Here is the status as of mid-June 2014:
There are still major hurdles to be overcome,
and still damage to be addressed as a result of Mary's detainment.
Mary was free from July 2013 until June 2014, and this
petition played a major role in her release in July 2013.
      .
Mary's mortgage is an issue. Let's help her clear that hurdle.
      .
Any pro bono assistance from any gallant and caring
attorney will be appreciated, I am sure.
      .
At this time, when so many people worldwide are concerned
      - and rightfully -for the victims of Government error in the USA,
one way to express this concern meaningfully is for all Americans
and all concerned people to SIGN AND SHARE this petition.

Mary Bagnaschi has never actionably harmed
anyone in her life. That is an important fact.

As of May-June, 2014, Mary Bagnaschi
has filed suit against interests of the
      State and/or the Federal Government.
      .
Her detainment on June 13, 2014 may constitute
an unlawful, obstructive conflict of interest.
