It is unconstitutional to inflict cruel and unusual punishment. The electrical shocking of special-needs students for misbehavior is cruel and unusual punishment! I want this facility either shut down quickly or BAN this "treatment"!

I was a special needs student here in San Diego when I was four years old. I was traumatized ENOUGH by the corporal punishment inflicted on me at my school without the physical and psychological torture of eletric shocks!

This petition, that I started was inspired by another petition that I signed on here.

It is not enough just to have the State of Mass. sit on this, esp. to decide on a "compromise" or to sit on this issue at all!

Shut this place down or ban this treatment IMMEDIATELY!

There are positive ways to modify behaviors.

      Study them!
