Judy is forced to perform in parades, such as one the Pittsburgh Pirates are sponsoring, which can cause chronic physical ailments, emotional trauma, and premature death.

      Judy's swaying is not normal, it is stereotypic behaviour caused by boredom, frustration and desolation.
