Provide Live Streaming Internet Access to the Pac -12 Network

Tired of the finger pointing?! If the Pac-12 cannot come to an agreement to provide TV coverage of games to those in the regions that do not have access to cable they should be obligated or even required to provide an internet option to stream those games for a fee. The Pac-12 teams are public schools partially funded by tax payer money. The Pac-12 network has had long enough to address this issue and with technology today there are plenty of distribution options.

I am tired of having to figure out who's house to go to for the game or try to search the web to get updates on the games when I can not get to the games. Pac-12 needs to be available to all not just who's providers can finagle a deal from the Pac-12 big wigs.
