Maryland State Legislators : Stop SB 281 Gun Bill

The Second Amendment was written in order to emphasize our inalienable right of self defense and to solidify our rights as citizens to defend ourselves against tyranny.
For too long we have endured incremental attacks on our freedom and liberties.
The Firearm Safety Act of 2013 is yet one more step.
Without the Second Amendment there is no defense for the rights we have left.
We are not willing to give up any more of our rights.

More new taxes every day and now want to take our guns. On a recent trip to Florida, we were asked where we were from and when we said Maryland, the reply was "Oh, the screw me state". How sad. Maybe we all should move, leave the western shore like it is, where most of the shootings occur and see what happens then

This legislation is not reasonable and I'm reasonable person. Lawmakers just don't know how to be that, always appearing to the 'Wanta Quick Fit and Feel Goods'. This legislation is all about political opportunity.
