Lucy's Insurance Company: Pay for post surgery therapy

Lucy is a sweet, vivacious, hard-working 6-year-old girl, who happens to have Cerebral Palsy. She is having neurological surgery on June 13, 2013 that will give her the chance to learn to walk all on her own, without an assistive device. Her parents are fortunate to have insurance that is paying for most of the operation, but they were denied coverage for the post-operative physical therapy she will need in order to get stronger and learn to walk again.

Tell her insurance company, which, since just found out about her story, I don't know the name of yet, to please cover her.

I know people who have cerebral palsy and they are wonderful people. However, none of them can walk so this is a great chance at life for Lucy.

To:
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Pay for post surgery therapy

Sincerely,
[Your name]
