Justice For Sean

      O'Hare Family

On April 7th 2012, this 26yr old man was randomly, brutally, assaulted by a Willow Glen, CA resident, that has a long history of violent behavior. The assault took place at Jack In The Box, off Willow and Lincoln Avenues. This victim suffers from multiple skull fractures, brain hemorrhaging, a large hematoma, two fractures to the nose, and missing teeth. Even more devastating, Sean is a patient with Traumatic Brain Injury, while the perpetrator is on the loose. Its time for justice, so this victim can start the healing process. This petition is important because it is spreading the word about unnecessary violence, and Traumatic Brain Injury. The San Jose Police Department and the Santa Clara County District Attorneys office, know who this perpetrator is, but due to under staffing and budget restraints, this case is not a top priority. Therefore the perpetrator is on the loose, free to live his life, until these governmental departments take action. Our family wants to prevent this from happening to anyone else, and wants the man to be taken off the streets immediately.

For starters, Sean is one of the nicest and best human beings I have ever met! The kid has a heart of gold! The guy that did this to him deserves to be punished and thrown in jail for as long as possible! Justice needs to be served! This piece of sh*t does not deserve the right to be walking the streets after a crime of this nature! Alcohol related or not, there is zero excuse or reason for actions like the ones that were committed!!! STAY STRONG AND KEEP GETTING BETTER SEAN! EVERYONE IS BEHIND YOU AND WISH YOU NOTHING BUT THE BEST AND A SPEEDY RECOVERY BACK TO FULL STRENGTH AND HEALTH! LOVE YOU BUD!!!

Bay area cops are some of the highest paid police officers in the state if not the county. They seem to have a lot of time to give speeding tickets and other minor offenses, to not have the "staff" to bring this creep to justice is beyond me. I hope they clean up their act and take people like this off the streets soon. Best wishes to Sean and the O'Hare family

For one I know Sean's dad and uncle. Second, Im tired of criminals on the street beating up on law biding citizens and getting away with it. What is this world coming to where you can't even walk down the street safely. This man should be punished to the fullest.

We need more police patrolling the streets of our cities & towns world wide. This crime is not unique to San Jose.Governments have to get their priorities right. My thoughts and prayers are with Sean & the O'Hare family at this time.

Blessings to the family. Bless the police department and help them work unhindered by financial restraints! May God intercede to bring justice!
