Because Mama was a good hearted friendly pit bull that was shot twice in the head by a man on March 26th and the detective will not arrest this man even tho he has enough evidence to do so. Mama didn't deserve this and we need to take action

If I am reading this correctly, an individual while on his own property shot a dog in the head twice, while in the presence of the owners and the owner's child. Now the killing of the dog is sad and in some ways tragic, but my main concern is that this man was not arrested for the willful discharge of a handgun while in the presence of others to include a minor male child. And possibly for the discharge of a weapon while in city limits if this applies. This was handled in a poor manner.

If this gentleman is going to handle a simple situation such as somebody else's dog being in his yard; then what will he do if he is truly enraged in a manner that involves people?

There is a major problem when people think they have the right to take a life. There is a right way to handle a situation and a wrong way. A animal is no different than a human. Let me take that back animals my favorite being dogs are better than people. I don't think 95% of the time it is the dogs fault it is the owners who want to blame them for not being a responsible owner.
