The radiance full hd panel was sold as an upgrade. Users who purchased this panel with their laptop soon realized that there was a hardware defect which made it so that the colour red could not displayed and rather displayed orange. HP needs to do the right thing and issue a recall as customers of this premium laptop lineup were sold defective computers. The "fix" that HP has supplied via the MyDisplay software does not correct the problem and is only a way for HP to attempt to avoid taking any real responsibility for a problem it is well aware of.
