Wage Equality - Introduce policies and/or legislation that would prevent the highest wage earners from receiving disproportionate salaries compared to the lowest.
Within a corporation the limit should be a single order of magnitude (e.g. min wage = $30k, max cannot exceed $300k), within a Nation 2 orders of magnitude (e.g. min = $30k, max cannot exceed $3m).
This idea retains the incentives for the high earners but ensures they raise the entire corporations/nations standards as they raise their own. If done at a national level it would ensure an equal playing field for competing corporations.
It would be relatively easy to enforce, would involve very little bureaucracy and excludes the Government from a cash handling role in ensuring more pay equality.
