      Former political fixer Lachlan Harris launches push to ban 'ugly' onesies

      A FORMER top political operator who was one of Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's most influential aides has launched a push to have "ridiculous, ugly" onesies banned. As the romper suit for adults solidify their position as a mainstream wardrobe option, Mr Rudd's former press secretary, Lachlan Harris, has issued a public plea for Generation Y to dump the onesie.

      Australia's 'anti-onesie' campaign splits opinion

      The campaign against the adult jumpsuits was launched by a former spokesman for current prime minister Kevin Rudd, Lachlan Harris, who started an online petition titled "Gen Y: Please Stop Wearing Onesies". "As hard as it is to believe, you are adults now," Mr Harris said in a statement fixed to the petition.
