Nobody can own the air, so nobody should be able to "own" airwaves. That means the government shouldn't be able to claim radio frequencies require a license to use them. You should not have to pay thousands of dollars to get permission to create bumps in the air. I agree to regulations on not being allowed to interfere with other people's radio stations, but do not agree that I should need a license to play some music for people. My freedom of speech should include a right to broadcast my speech. Especially now that the FCC is not accepting requests for licenses, no one is able to legally create a radio station. That is unjust.
