People believe posting pictures and Facebook pages about Women or Men being referred to as Hoes is a reason to press the "Like" button. These pages need to be taken down because they are very offensive and disrespectful towards Womyn. Using this kind of language only encourages our society to keep putting Womyn in place of inferiority. Posting on a social media influences people who may be ignorant to the consequences hate language can make to keep disrespecting others. Lets not forget it encourages sexual harassment, vulgarity, and rape.

You grew inside a woman, were brought into this world by a woman, and were loved, cared for, and nourished by a woman. Please respect other women like it was your mama before she became your mother.

As a result of this many young people, especially young women run the risk of becoming suicidal! We need to stop this nonsense!

Pages like this encourage sexism and harmful behaviors which don't just stop at social media. These behaviors need to be addressed by respected and educated people in our society. This is just part of an ongoing cycle in our youth of discrimination and bullying. As a community we shouldn't stand by while our daughters, sisters, mothers, friends, neighbors, and peers are abused and mistreated.
