If people set up their accounts so that only friends can see what they post, like, say, etc, they clearly want to keep their information and photos to a limited audience. Current settings disallow the sharing of private status updates, but any pictures posted (with restricted viewing) can be shared by friends, thus potentially becoming completely public! Keep your private pictures private!

      Its quite simple. if I wish to for just my friends to see a Facebook status, then I can set the access to "friends only". On the other hand, If I set a picture to "friends only" then one of my friends could share it on and it could be accessible to anyone. How is that good?
