Enio Cruz: Give Enio Cruz a pathway to citizenship

      Marietta, GA

Because his WHOLE life is in Georgia. His whole family is here, his wife is U.S citizen,he graduated from Sprayberry high school, and he has absolutely no criminal record. All he has ever known is right here in Atlanta. He was brought here as a 2 week old infant by his parents. It is unfair and inhumane to ban him from his only home based on technicalities. It's not right and  this needs to be addressed by the DHS immedietly.

Family unification should always take precedence over work based migration. Why bring in workers from other countries when unemployment is so high and yet keep families that can be productive members of society separated. If foreign educated workers possess better skills than American educated workers the answer is not work-based visas. It’s a better education system here in the US. We need only look to our past at the influx of hard working immigrants from Italy, Ireland and many others that made this country great. Guess what! THEY WERE ALL FAMILIES!!!!!

This needs to be the TOP priority for any immigration reform. The spouses and families of US citizens that have been seperated, or face seperation because of unfair and outdated laws need to change. The unity of family needs to be a priority.
