      Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Too many different variations of the name going around, mostly the wrong ones, like Ulan Bator.

Please start spelling the capital of Mongolia correctly: It's Ulaanbaatar not Ulan Bator or anything else. Bloomberg, WSJ, The Economist has now agreed to spell it correctly. You should too!

Sincerely,

Looks like we found the right target for this petition. AP Stylebook is a news industry book of standards that is a bible to journalists. If we can convince AP to update Ulaanbaatar, it might just be the tipping point.

I tried to find an email address to the editors of the book, but they do have a twitter account https://twitter.com/ApStyleBook and FB account https://www.facebook.com/apstylebook where can voice our concerns!

      Let's focus our petition there!
