District Judge Reed O'Connor: Give imprisoned Dallas mother Yadira Verdusco a release on bond

    1. Petition by

      Dallas, TX

Yadira Verdusco has been in federal custody since March 2013, charged with illegal entry into the country despite the fact that she has only been out of the country for ten minutes in 37 years. Yadira maintains her innocence, and says she can prove she is in America legally, but has not been given a hearing to tell her side.

To make matters worse, ICE agents mistreated Yadira while in their custody and did not disclose information to the U.S. Attorney that could have made Yadira bond eligible. Yadira is a surgical technician at Medical City Dallas and has taught in the Dallas County Community College District. She is married to an American citizen and is the mother of three, including a U.S. Marine on active duty. Yadira also suffers from a potentially serious medical condition that is being ignored. Yadira deserves to be released on bond and reunited with her family while she awaits trial. We petition District Judge O'Connor to grant an emergency hearing for a release on bond. Please join our cause! Her story has been featured on Examiner.com and Yahoo, but her case needs more attention! For more information on Yadira, visit ICIE.us.

Judge Oconnor sentenced my brother twice for a crime he already paid for. Judge Oconnor dislikes hispanics and we are hispanic.

The Government has wronged us yet again. This mother deserves to be HOME in AMERICA. But ofcourse, America is just proving to be another reason why it's another crappy country to live in.

This woman is NOT a criminal! She is mother and a wife, she has done nothing to anyone, her case has been unfairly treated by the government and her son is in the military serving this country who is treating his mother unjustifiably.
