HR 459 and S 202, the Federal Reserve Transparency Act needs Senator Harry Reid's action.

"Audit the FED" is sitting on Senator Harry Reid's desk.

It is important to understand the Senator used to favor "pulling back the curtain" on the Federal Reserve.

It appears now after ample opportunity, somehow Senator Harry Reid has changed his mind, and as Senate Majority Leader, seems determined to block s.202 and appears to favor concealing corruption!

Our own mainstream media has failed to expose corruption in government as advised long ago by John F. Kennedy, who said; the 1st Ammendment of the Constitution was to protect a free press, to report mistakes so we can effect repairs.

Note the absence of news headlines celebrating the House of Representatives passing "Audit the Fed" by such a large margin. Not one mention on television how this important Act of our government to correct itself, now sits dying on a desk in Washington D.C.

I personally have sent email and placed phone calls to the Senator to bring this important Act to the Senate floor for a vote. This is a time sensitive issue, and I have followed it closely. It is time to start the petition. I am alarmed to suspect there are "secret powers" preventing our own Government from being responsible with our money.

HR459 passed the House of Congress by a more than 2/3rd majority vote. Now Reid says he has decided it will not be voted on in the senate. Hmmmmm...wonder why????

Harry 20 years ago your were arguing in favor of an Audit of the Fed. Now you are fighting to prevent it from seeing the Senate floor. Why the flip flop? We need accountability. Transparency at it's finest.
